Note for item Nos 1 & 2 : (a) All existing incoming and out going cables are to be connected to the above panel with proper lugs, glands nuts, bolts etc the cost of same is deemed to be included in the rate qouted. (b) The cost shall also deemed to include for breaking of floors/ walls etc including digging of trenches for removing of cables loops and connecting to the new panel boards and making good the disturbed surfaces to match with the existing surfaces. (c) The cost of repair work for increasing height of foundation by atleast one Feet from exisitng is inculded in the quoted rate for Item No. 02. (d) The panel shall be from a reputed CPRI Approved firm.

M & L Prestressed concrete pole, 9.0metres long 102 mm x 172 mm at top and 102 mm x 279 mm at bottom, class 10 including taking down carefully the exisitng unserviceable Steel Tubular Pole/ Prestressed concrete Pole (size as per site), serviceable street light fitting and ACSR conductor including connecting accessories and refixing the same after replacing the new pole with all necessary accessories complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Excavation and earth work and PCC (1:4:8) type D2 as in foundation shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

S&F Stay assembly complete with accessories as shown in electric plate No.1 (of SSR- 2009, Part - I), stay rod 16mm dia, loop type insulator, stay clamps including excavation and earth work, PCC foundation etc., and taking out old unserviceable stay assembly all as specified and directed.

Tightening and straightening of LT overhead line of ACSR conductors(04 Nos LT Line conductors & 02 Street Light conductors) any size and span of upto 40 Meter by disconnecting and removing from insulators and tightening the conductor by using rope, chain pulley block etc and binding the conductor on insulators with and including binding wire and jumpers of ACSR complete all as directed.

Tightening and straightening of LT overhead line of ACSR conductors( 04 Nos LT Line conductors ) any size and span of upto 40 Meter by disconnecting and removing from insulators and tightening the conductor by using rope, chain pulley block etc and binding the conductor on insulators with and including binding wire and jumpers of ACSR complete all as directed.

Cutting & trimming of tree branches any girth and size touching to overhead lines and clearing the distance 1.5 mtr on both sides of overhead line with in a gap of span 40 mtrs each and removing the same off the site all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr depth for foundation, laying of poles in trenches and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as directed and specified.

Returning, filling including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cms thick complete all as all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance no exceeding 50 mtrs and depositing where directed at a lvevel not exceeding 1.5 mtrs above from the starting point complete all as all as specified and directed.
