Dismantling CC works including disposal of unserviceable materials upto a distance of 50M lead outside the periphery of area cleared.

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 m lead

Dismantling brick work manually / by mechanical means in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials upto a distance of 50 m lead as per the direction of EIC.

Brick work with common burnt clay local best quality bricks in superstructure above plinth level up to floor five level in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 river sand) : With F.P.S.(non modular) bricks

12 mm cement plaster of mix 1 : 6 (1 cement : 6 river sand) at all height .

Providing and laying damp-proof course 40mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 12.5mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Providing and fixing APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer 3 mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with glass fibre matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/sqm by the same membrance manufacture of density at 25°C, 0.87 - 0.89 kg/ litre and viscocity 70 - 160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using Butane torch and sealing all joints etc., and preparing the surface complete. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under : Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23°C as 350/300 N / 5 cm. Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 60/80N. Softening point of membrane not less than 150°C. Cold flexibility shall be upto -2°C when tested in accordance with ASTM, D - 5147. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of the manufacture of membrane. 3 mm thick

Mechanical carriage of excavated earth, dismantled building materials, grasses, shrubs and other rubbish including loading, unloading and stacking / spreading at designated site within Township area - 20% void shall be deducted. Up to 200 metres

Providing and lying Cement mortar 1 : 3 (1 cement : 3 river sand) at walls, RCC ceiling, lintel, beam, staircase landing etc as per instruction of EIC, cement shall be supplied by the party (10200.00 - 0.4504% =19154.06 -2% =9950.98)

Dismantling of old waterproofing on RCC / Flat roof including cleaning of surface and disposal of rubbish / Old water proofing materials within a lead of 50 m and lift up to 10 m as per instruction of Engineer in charge

Applying thick coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade 80 / 100 including heating the bitumen, scaffolding, cleaning and preparing the existing surface of RCC roof including removal of stone grits etc. & Chajjas etc. up to the height of 12.00 M from & spraying the bitumen as per specification @ 1.00 Kg. per SQM or as per the instruction of EIC including the cost of scaffolding and fuel for heating bitimen - Bitumen shall be arranged by Party.

Removing Existing stone grit from old water water proofing on RCC/Flat Roof including cleaning of surface and disposal of rubbrubbish etc. with in a lead of 50 m and lift up to 10 mas per instruction of Engineer in charge.

Engagement of manpower for miscellenous civil works like cleaning of tree roots, disposal of rubbish and other assistance as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge
