Annual running and operation by deploying the minimum manpower as mentioned in additional conditions and specifications of 1850 KLD STP plant based on moving bed bioreactor (MBBR) technology, electrical panels & other E&M equipment’s as per the maintenance schedule, inventory attached, terms and condition etc, complete as required. Operator Grade-II - 3 Nos. per day (one in each shift).

Comprehensive maintenance of existing 1850 KLD STP plant based on MBBR technology covering all type of consumables material, plant &machinery installed in the premises as per attached inventory, repairing/ replacement of defective/worn-out/broken/malfunctioning parts of various pump sets, compressors, valves, pipe line, electrical panels/switchgears, cabling /electrical wiring, contactors, timers, relays, thimbles, starters, metering instrument, replacements of gear/machine oils, time to time servicing, preventive maintenance, testing of water samples periodically to ensure required parameters of treated water, maintaining proper records, keeping the complete system functional all the time as per terms & conditions attached and as per directions of engineer-in-charge etc. complete as required.

Consumable material such as Urea, DAP, Chlorine, Bio culture, Moll, filter media, diffusers, carbon in the carbon filter, oiling , greasing , cleaning, components of the electrical panels like contactors, relays, switches, MCCB/MCB's, wires, cables etc. for day to day operation using the deployed minimum manpower as mentioned in additional conditions and specifications of 1850 KLD STP plant based on moving bed bioreactor (MBBR) technology, bearing all water testing charges (monthly tests from DDA approved lab and quarterly test from DPCC) etc as per the maintenance schedule, inventory attached terms and condition etc., complete as required.

Supply and replacement of sand Media and carbon media including Loading and Unloading, testing etc, as required once in 6 Month in STP. Sand Media , Crushed Gravels:- 5500 KG silica sand : 0.4 mm-0.6mm . Fine silex media 4 to 6mm. coarse silex media 6mm to 8mm. gravels 0.5'' size. pebbles 1" size Carbon Media- 1500 KG Coconut Based Activated Carbon IV 900 ,(Particle Size : 8/30) (with batch make cerficate, by confirming supply order for this site.)

Servicing of 125 KVA DG sets through authorised service dealer including changing of Oil filter, Air filter (both inner and outer), coolant as per recommendations of OEM, lubricant oil, cleaning fuel injection parts and other parts of the engine as detailed below and including labour charges etc complete as required. Ozone Generator Maintenance Work Molecular sieve change, Solenoid valve coil change, Ozone Sensor replacement/calibration, Electrode replacement i/c changing its electrical/electronic component etc. whatever required.
