Taking down roof treatment any type any description on top of roof not exceeding 10cm thick including removal of rubbish out side MD and complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specificaqlly provided for.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on concrete surface as on roof slab, finished even and smooth without using extra cement mix with water proofing compound as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and directed (Note:- WPC will be measured and paid seperately)

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm stone aggregate as in roof padding benching kerbs of mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges including form work complete all as specified and directed

M&L for providing and applying seamless thermal insulating electromeric high build liquid water proof cum heat resistance membrane for concrete roof surfaces. Make CICO Thermoseal XL or equivalent in / FOSROC/SIKA/STP limited as approved with dual effect by reflecting more than 80% of Sun rays thereby heating of roof surfaces reduces remarkably due to high amount of Titanium di oxide and transfer of heat from roof surface is blocked due to presence of ceramic micro sphere with the application on roof.It reduces energy cost approx 20%. Note:- Work shall be got executed through authorized applicator of manufacturer & as per standard procedure of application of manufacturer.

M&L a top coat of modified polyurethane Hybrid elastomeric waterproof membrane, applied in two coats of one-component cold applied water based modified polyurethane hybrid elastomeric waterproofing membrane ensuring that a final continious coating with a minimum total applied wet film thickness 1.3-1.4mm is achieved. resulting in a total dry film thickness of .8-.9mm. Followed by priming 1:1(Nitoproof 725 clean water by volume).Product confirming high solar reflectance, SRI 106 for white UV resistant and colour stable, suitable for exposed roof waterproofing application in both new construction and repaired/refurbishment projects.Make Fosroc @Nitoproof 725 or equivalent in CICO/STP/BASF. Note:- Work shall be got executed through authorized applicator of manufacturer & as per standard procedure of application of manufacturer.

M&L for applying roof treatment on top of roof with APP modified membrane with non woven polyester reinforcement (centre core) shall be laid by torch application method with overlap 100mm on length side and 100mm on width side including a coat of bituminous oil based primer ( IS : 3884) @ 250gm / Sqm weight not less than 3 kg/Sqm complete all as specified and directed
