Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quions arches , pillar etc but excluding ashalar facing dressed stoen and pre-cast concrete articles complete all as specified.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks old size , straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius , built in cement mortor 1:6 complete all as specified.

M&L for brickwork with fly ash bricks, old size bricks straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick wall built in cm 1:4 complete all as specified and directed

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any desription on brick or stone walll, etc including raking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as directed.

Material & labour for Rendering 10 mm thick on brick or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6, finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for Rendering 15 mm thick on brick or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 using water proofing liquid compound as per manufacturer instructions, and finished ven & smooth without using extra cement complete all specified and directed

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in groundfloors and pavings not exceeding15 cm thickness complete all specified and directed

M&L for100 mm thick Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base to floors finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in any position notr otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for formwork to chullah hoods , chajjas,troughs and similar items including edges fair and rough complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for RCC nominal mix type B1 1:2:4 using (25 mm graded stone aggregate as in chajjas, landings, balconies, canopies etc complete all as specified and directed by engr in charge.

Mild steel TMT 6 to 8 mm dia cut to lengths bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooking and binding with MS wire(annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia etc all as specified and directed.

Cutting out cracks to V section in exixting roofs or terracing , cleaning out ,wetting ,grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 complete all as specified and directed by engr in charge.

M&L Bitumastic gola with 80/25 bitumen and coarce sand mixture , 1:3 by weight 8 cmx8cm at the junction of roofing / beams /columns etc to vertical surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper ( acrylic) white or tinted or any colour including preparation of over one coat of putty surface on wall etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Preparing of new plastered sur faces or untreated sur faces on wall / ceiling and distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, ofrequired shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer's specification. Two or more coats over new surface , etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Preparing of new sur faces plastered or unplastered on wall / ceiling and Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives@ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces. complete all as specified and directed

S&F Glass fibermesh not less than 100 GSM wherever required complete all as specified and directed

S & F MS works for fencing post and struts including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, welding with existing post or angle etc conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc complete all as specified and directed. (Each line wire to be measured).

M&L RCC 1:1.5:3 type A-1 nominal mix ( 25mm grated using stone aggregate) in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts ( using of graded stone aggregate size as per specified and dircted.

M&L mild steel TMT bar 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required and binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for formwork to sides of columns and similar work with rough finished surfaces etc.complete all as specified and directed
