Providing, driving and installing driven cast -in-situ reinforced cement concrete piles of grade M-25 of specified diameter and length below the pile cap, to carry safe working load not less than specified , excluding the cost of steel reinforcement but including the cost of shoe and the length of pile to be embedded in the pile cap etc. all complete. (Length of pile for payment shall be measured from top of shoe to the bottom of pile cap) - 400 mm dia piles

Supplying and Filling in plinth with quarry rubbish under floors including watering, ramming consolidating and dressing complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work upto plith level - 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size)

Close timbering in trenches including strutting, shoring and packing cavities (wherever required) complete (measurements to be taken of the face area timbered) . Depth not exceeding 1.5m

Providing and laying in position ready mixed M-25 grade concrete for reinforced cement concrete work , using cement content as per approved design mix , manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for all leads , having continuous agitated mixer , manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for reinforced cement concrete work including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying , excluding the cost of centering , shuttering , finishing and reinforcement including cost of admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete , improve workability without impairing strenghth and durability - Note :- Cement content considered in this item is @ 330 kg / cum. Excess / less cement used as per design mix is payable / recoverable separately - All work upto plinth level
