Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for rendering 5mm thick on fair face concrete surfaces in CM 1:3, finished even and fair without using extra cement andcomplete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick on fair face of brick or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 , finished without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. N

Material and labour for preparation of old/new plastered surfaces and applying Putty is white cement based product with dispersible polymer and functional additives for application on interior rough plasters to give a smooth surface and will form base for paint finish for interiors of the building, applied in (1-2) coats of total thickness (1-2)mm complete all as specified.

Material and Labour for 02 coats of OIL BOND Distemper, gives walls a smooth and matt finish and applied on prepared old/new surface of wall & ceiling over a coat of primer using AUTO-ROLLER OR AIR-LESS PAINT SPRAYER complete all as specified and dircted by Engr-in-Charge.

Complete removal of existing treatment & levelling of wall/ceiling surface using MECHANICAL / ELECTRICAL OPERATED SANDING / SCRAPING MACHINE WITH INBUILT VACCUM SUCTION system to suck the existing treatment as retrieved by scrapping/sanding etc for obtaining smooth paintable surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for OLD/NEW surfaces and applying 02 coats of high-performance, premium acrylic exterior anti carbonation emulsion paint/APPEX with unique chemical composition of finest quality (using AIR-LESS PAINT SPRAYER/SPRAY MACHINE) having durable, water repellent, UV resistant, fungus/ algae/ bacteria resistant, thermally insulating, elastomeric, etc including ONE COAT OF PRIMER priming coat of exterior nano primer applied @ 6.5-7.5 Sqm per ltr, over wall surfaces by using AIR-LESS PAINT PRIMER SPRAYER including applying 01 coat (1-2)mm thick wall care Putty is white cement based product with dispersible polymer and functional additives for application including preparation / levelling of old/new surface of wall using manual sand papers (where reqd) of approved grade complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Application shall be through Smart Painting tools(spray painting) as per Contract Conditions. Note for items ser No 6 & 7:- (i) Rate quoted up to G+4 bldg including scaffolding. (ii) The work shall be executed through authorised applicator. (iii) Authorized applicator shall be approved by GE before starting of work. (iii) All materials shall be procured directly from manufacture. The purchase voucher shall be produced to the Engr-in-Charge shall be deface the original purchase voucher (iv) MoU with authorized applicator will be submitted successful L1 bidder after opening of Financial Bid within a fixed time frame of 7 days otherwise tender will be cancelled. (v) A guarantee amount of 2.5 % of contractor of work done will be retained for 5 years of the completion of work

Taking down care fully copper/aluminium point wiring from caping/casing or conduits (light, fan, socket or power) complete incl fittings such as switches, sockets, ceiling roses, pendents, regulators, light fittings any type etc to be measured seperately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Taking down old MCCB , TPN DBs , SPN DBs, & main switch/ enclosure box of any make and type from the site and making good surface complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old submain wiring of any size, including coduit and make from the site complete all as specified.
