Dismantling of Dilapidated TNGRHS flats including all RCC members such as beams, lintel, roof ,staircase, brick work main wall, partition wall etc., available up to ground level including higher charges for Machineries cost of all Salvage retrieved materials such as bricks, Brick bats,frames, shutters,doors Wooden panelled Windows, Steel rods, grills etc., The site should be clear of all the debries and levelled neatly, the site must be ensured that all the electrical lines are safely disconnected before starting the work also green mesh netting should be installed to prevent dust and distrubance to the surrounding community.The debries should be disposed away from the City limit at suitable place including lorry higher charges loading and unloading etc.,all complete and as directed by the departmental officer.
