Supply and fix in repair Vitreous china wash down water closet pan, semi pedestal pattern (Anglo Indian Type), white including plastic water closet seat, white closed pattern with flat bottom, and cover and mild steel chromium plated or aluminised hinging device suitable for Anglo Indian Type pedestal pan (excl flushing cistern and flush pipe) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair 10 litre capacity PVC valve less, symphonic action type, flushing cistern, low level, white, with inlet, ball valve, float and handle including brackets and flush pipe of polyethylene of low or high density or PVC. 32 mm dia, for low level cistern including PVC connections 15mm size with PTMT nuts and washer both side of length 450mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs brackets for WHB and Sink made out of 20mm bore GI pipe, medium grade, 600mm long and embeded into the wall with PCC (1:3:6) type C1 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs vitreous china wash basin white flat back, size 630 x 400 mm including PTMT waste coupling 32mm dia (min wt 45 gm), chain and plug and porcelain stopper etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for non skid cereamic tiles, white coloured(300x300mm) 7 to 8mm thick(square/rectangular) area of each tile exc. 0.06 sqm but not exc. 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set anfd jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkahts of frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) exc. 1.5sqm but not exceeding 4 sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix straight chowkhats and frames,framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints, of 2nd class hardwood.

Material and labour for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer on new wooden surfaces over 10 cm width or girth including preparation of new wooden surfaces all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 150mm size extruded aluminum alloy handle fabricated type anodized (ISI Marked) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, as per specification and drawing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 100 mm size stainless steel butt hinges, medium weight fixed with cadmium plated screws complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Schedule of Credit for subject work is Rs. 1,19,465.00,
