Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc., and stacking the material within 50 metres lead of:

Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead.

Dismantling aluminium/ Gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material with in 50 meters lead as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete.

Electric resistance or induction butt welded tubes

Providing and fixing pre-painted galvalume (PPGL) steel profile sheets AZ-150 of brand Tata Bluescope steel, Everest Industries Ltd., JSW Steel Ltd., Jindal India Ltd. or equivalent (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-In- charge) 0.50mm (+0.50%) total coated thickness with aluminium zinc coating 150 grams per sqm as per IS:277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns, sheet should have protective guard film of 25 micron minium to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length up to 12 metres or as desired by Engineer-In-Charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/ self tapping aluminium screws (Xylan) of size (5.5X55mm) with EPDM seal, complete up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Two or more coats on new work

Providing and fixing powder coated aluminium work (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) consisting of tee/ angle sections, of approved make conforming to IS : 733 in frames of false ceiling including aluminium angle cleats with necessary C.P. brass/ stainless steel sunk screws, aluminium perimeter angles fixed to wall with stainless steel rawl plugs @ 450 mm centre to centre and fixing the frame work to G.I. level adjusting hangers 6 mm dia. with necessary cadmium plated machine screws all complete as per approved architectural drawings and direction of the Engineer-in- charge (level adjusting hangers, ceiling cleats and expansion hold fasteners to be paid for separately).

Providing and fixing E-Board sheet ceiling of approved quality with necessary nails etc. complete (frame work to be paid separately):

4mm thick

Providing and fixing in position eaves or facia board with 18mm thick WPC board of approved quality and 30cm wide including nailing etc complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
