Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 metre wide for wall foundation etc or for manholes etc not exceeding 10 Sqm area on plan and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each layer in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance exceeding 250 metre and not exceeding 500 metre depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Sand cushioning in trenches with clean dry unsheathed gently punning around cable for protection complete. Note : Only punned thickness shall be measured for payment

Supply and lay sub class ‘B’ bricks (old Size) ,common burnt clay building bricks for cable protection laid length wise perpendicular to the axis of cable, abutting each other gap should not be more than 10mm.

Providing, plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1, (20mm graded crushed store aggregate) as in hold fast, bed plate etc complete all as specified and directed.

Providing Plain, cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed store aggregate) in copings, and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamered angles and throating, including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour brick work using sub class 'B' bricks (old size bricks) built in cement and sand mortar (1:6) straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour Cutting holes in brick wal exceeding help birck but not exceeding one brick build in cement mortar and making good distrubed surfaces/portion in cement sand mortar (1:3) or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 and required complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix second class hard wood (SAL) Plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints, supplied and fixed in opening.

Supply and fix 30mm thick flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides etc including teak wood beading on all edges complete all as specified and directed.. Note :- Thickness of beading for hinge sides shall be 25 mm and on other three edges 6mm thick. (ii) Builder hardware shall be measured and paid for separately at supply only.

Supply and fix floor door stopper of aluminium alloy body and tongue, anodised with hard drawn spring, (overall length of cover plate) 140mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix drapery rod 19 mm inner dia (wall thickness not les than 1.6mm) stainless steel fancy type bracket fixed with rawl plug or screw on walls/beam and shall be provided with fency finial at ends as approved by Garrison Engineer complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Drapery rod Cat Part No. SW-06 of Vista or equivalent model of make as specified in Appendix 'B' to Particular specifications.

Supply and fix curtain brackets mild steel with matching with the curtain rod complete all as specified and directed Note :- (i) Drapery rod Cat Part No. SW-06 of Vista or equivalent model of make as specified in Appendix 'B' to Particular specifications.

Supply and fix venation blind vertical type or plain decorated type level or ultima 100mm width of strip with necessary pulling threads aluminium channel along with all arrangement tixed to wall completed all as specified and directed

Supply and fix stainless steel (S-306 grade) wire cloth 0.56mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperature 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire stapples to aluminium frame.

Supply and fix mild steel work as hold fast of flat iron 25x3 mm conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 fixed to wooden frame with appropriate screws.

Mild steel framed work such as grills, grating etc with ends of bars shoulded, framed guard bars and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 fixed to frame with screws complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair aluminium anodised (5 micron) powder coating partition (including all necessary fittings) with aluminium section weighing not less than 0.55 Kg/RM including top portion fixed with 5.50 mm thick tinted glass and bottom portion with 12 mm thick prelaminated particle board one side decorative and other side balancing white fixed with aluminium beading screwes etc complete all as specified and directed.. Note :- Aluminimum partition shall be carried out as shown in drawing No CE/ALD/TD-224 Sheet No 1/1

Taking down wooden Windows/Doors chowkats or frames exceeding 1.5 sqm but not exceeding 4 sqm each (without taking off shutters from the frames) including making good for fixing new frame complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Old shutters, frame, guard bars etc shall be contractor property and necessary amount as per schedule of credit shall be deducted from the contractor payment. (ii) Quoted rate shall deem to be included cost of making good jambs portion for fixing new frames with hold fast.

Taking down wooden windows/ventilator/chowkhats or frames with shutter not exceeding 1.5 sqm each (without taking off shutters from frame) including maxing good for fixing new frame complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Old shutters, frame guard bars etc shall be contractor property and necessary amount as per schedule of credit shall be deducted from the contractor payment. (ii) Quoted rate shall deem to be included cost of making good jambs portion for fixing new frames with hold fast.

Material and labour for roof treatment with reinforced elastomeric liquid waterproofing membrane of 400-micron thickness (Each layer of 100 micron, another layer shall be laid only after complete dried of Ist layer) having SRI of 130, tested as per ASTM E 1980 (with Solar Reflectance and Thermal remittance tested as per ASTM C 1549 and ASTM C 1371 respectively). The coating should have water absorption less than 1% as per IS : 101 (P-7/Sec-1) 1989 with the ability to resist heat upto 1200 C as per IS : 101 (P-7/Sec-3) 1990 having VOC less than 1g/ltr as per ASTM D 3960 and should have excellent resistance to transmission of ponder water up to 3.5 bars of pressure for 7-days. It should also be resistant to Ammonia solution, Sodium nitrate, Sodium hydroxide along with water and soap solution as per IS : 101 (P-7/Sec-2) 1990. The waterproofing membrane will be laminated with 25-40 micron thick transparent Nano modified composite cross linking polymeric coating with a minimum of 40% solid content as per IS : 101 (P-8/Sec 6) 1993 and also should pass impact test as per IS : 101 (P/5/Sec-3) 1988 along with having dust and water repellent and anti grafting property passing scratch hardness test of 500 g as per IS : 101 (P//Sec-2) 1988. The polymeric coating should have a self cleaning and easy to clean property with excellent weather stability and DPR (Dirt pickup ratio). Surface preparation includes pressure wash cleaning to remove all dust, fungus, etc. with pressure washer after repairing the existing roof having old bitumen membrane by filling cracks, potholes, holes with waterproofing compound having compressive strength as per IS-4031 part-6-1988 & permeability of water as per IS 2645-2003. The work will be done under the supervision of the Engineer-in-Charge by Graco airless machine and OEM should be an IGBC (Indian Green Building Council) member & GRIHA Council Certified. The coating thickness and the methodology of application shall strictly be as per the manufacture’s specifications and as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge. The manufacturer shall give a guarantee for the performance and durability for 10-years. Note :- Make : Dr. Fixit, Pildlite, Sika, M/S Starsshield Technoloty Pvt. Ltd.).

Supply, fixing in position premium sand texured finished mineral fibre acoustical ceiling tiles of size 600x600x16mm thick and placed on GI grid powder coated snap grid ceiling, 600x600 module consisting of wall angle section 24x24 mm and tee section with web height of 38mm and flange 24mm (colour white) (having rotary stiching on all T-section) with suspension system as shown in drawing No CWE/BAM/TD-34 She 1/1 and as approved by the GE including taking down old false ceiling complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Ceiling tiles shall be of make Armstrong brand "DUNE RH99 (Bevelled / Tegular)" or equivalent brand of make as specified in Appendix 'B' to particular specifications. (ii) Thickness of GI section shall not be less than 3mm and shall be procured from the tile manufacturer. (iii) Section and hanging system shall have galvanizing of minimum 90 grams per square metre and of same make of tile. (iv) Work shall be executed by the manufacturer's authorised Vendor.

Supply and fix 18mm thick celuka PVC sheet minimum 600 Kg sm density grade 1 quality of both side plain white colour rigidiam glossy finish fixed with screws, solvent cement/adhesive as per manufacturer instruction to make cabinet sides top and bottom and shelves inside the cabinet including box hinges / coloured piano hinges finished with handle and colour beading fixed with nail and adhesive at edge side complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note:- (i) Unit quoted rate shall be deemed to included cost of cabinet accessories i.e. stainless steel, handles and hinges. (ii) Quoted rates deem to be include fixing of cabinet on wall with appropriate rawl plug/ dash through fastener (hammer type).

Supply and fix 18mm thick celuka PVC sheet minimum 600 Kgbm density grade 1 quality of both side plain white colour rigidlam glossy finish fixed with screws, solvent cement/adhesive as per manufacturer instructions to make cabinet back with handle and slide hinge complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (i) Unit quoted rate shall be deemed to included cost of cabinet accessories i.e. stainless steel, handles and hinges. (ii) Quoted rates deem to be include fixing of cabinet on wall with appropriate rawl plug/ dash through fastener (hammer type).

Supply & fixing prelam PVC sheet wall panelling in double layer sheet for panel & inner framework. The strips should have in their centre a grave of 6mm & 1mm depth for sinking the head of the screw used to fix the strips to the wall vertically at an equal interval between two PVC strip. The PVC strips shall be fixed to the wall using steel screws through the groove in the PVC strip by using PVC fasteners. Panels to be joined through solvent content complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Make shall be DECO India Cat Part No. - 0039 or equilvant model of makes as specified in Appx B to particular specification.

Material and labour 25 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as a levelling course over a coat of cement slurry as specified in MES SSR Part I complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Quoted rate shall deem to be included cost of cement slurry as specified in Para 13.32.7 of MES SSR Part I.

Material and labour 450mmX350mm X 7-8 mm thick glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surfaces such as skirting, dado, etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colured cement to match over & including 10 mm thick backing coat in cement and sand mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Quoted rate shall deem to be included cost of backing coat.

Supply and fix non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 sqmm and not exceeding 0.18 sqmm in floor, set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over joint free and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement and sand mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Quoted rate shall deem to be included cost of screed bed.

Supply and fix non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.06 sqmm and not exceeding 0.11 sqmm in floor, set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over joint free and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement and sand mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Quoted rate shall deem to be included cost of screed bed.

Supply and fix homogenous vitrified light shade coloured flooring tiles 10mm thick of polished area of each tiles exceeding 0.36 Sqm but n exc 0.42 Sqm in floor etc, laid in floors with cement based adhesive , set an adjointed as per manufacture's instruction over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Quoted rate shall deem to be included cost of screed bed.

Supply and fix homogenous vitrified light shade coloured flooring tiles 10mm thick of polished area of each tiles exceeding 0.36 Sqm but n exc 0.42 Sqm in skirting, dado and risers to steps etc, set and jointed, in neat cement sluury and pointed in white or colour cement to match the colour of tiles fixed over and including 10 mm thick rendering(backing coat) in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Quoted rate shall deem to be included cost of backing coat.

Material and labour for dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling incld cement mortar, bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles and rubbish of the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour 15mm thick rendering in cement and sand mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick work / concrete surfaces finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc and prepare to receive new plaster complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix of exhaust fan 300/308mm sweep, heavy duty, four blade, double ball beaming, 1400 RPM minimum air delivery discharge 6120 CMH suitable for SP, 230/250 volts, 50Hz, AC supply with louver shulter complete in existing opening and connecting with and including 3 run 1.5 sqmm single core, PVC insulated but unsheathed FRLS multistranded copper conductor cable from ceiling rose to fan and taking down existing exhaust fan complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Old exhaust fan shall be deposited in the MES store yard of GE Bamrauli and necessary receipt voucher be obtained before claiming the payment against this item.

(iii) Item includes the cost of 7.5 metre earth lead wire and GI pipe for protection of earth wire. Any varriation in quantity shall be adjusted.
