REPAIR REPLACEMENT IMPROVEMENT OF AC PLANTS COMPRESSOR SENSORS COOLING TOWER HOT COLD WATER PIPE LINE INSULATIONS AND REPLACEMENT OF DEFECTIVE ACCESSORIES OF CHILLER CONDENSER UNIT, AHU HEATER AND OTHER ALLIED WORKS OF AC PLANTS OF TUNIR AND COMMON

Taking down defective /unserviceable Air Curtain (4 feet) of existing Make and capacity 1 to 1.5 m/sec air velocity at floor level, transporting to company authorized outlet , collecting company repaired Air curtain of same make and transporting back to site , re-fixing at original position complete including testing and commissioning the machine on to the mounting plate and ensure the safety norms complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Repair/Replacement of unserviceable blower motor, damaged blower, impellers unbalanced blower wheel of air curtain of capacity 1 to 1.5 m/sec air velocity at floor level and remove, clean or replace air intake screen & filters of air curtain, obstruction in discharge path (i.e door headers, automatic door openers etc), check electrical connection, replace the fuse and servicing and overhauling complete unit specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge .

Taking down old unserviceable insulation over the chillers pipe line, cleaning water pipe surface with steel brush removing dirt/dust, Material and labour for chilled pipe line insulation by applying a coat of zinc chromite primer & applying two coats of cold setting adhesive compound (CRPX) on pipes for sticking the insulation bonded mineral wool of density 144 Kg/cum, 50mm thickness tightly pressed on the pipe upto 250mm dia seal all the joint with adhesive compound warp the insulation surface by using one layer of polythene sheet 50mm wide PVC tape covering the entire surface with chicken mesh , of density 144 Kg/Cum and cover 26 gauge aluminium GI cladding of approved colour & cover with Glasswool complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repairs protection caps made out of GI Sheet of thickness 1.6 mm with three GI strip supports of size 25x3mm for fixing with the Cooling Tower including GI nuts & bolts for fixing all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing of canvas housing suitable for existing connection AHU damper to Supply air Duct.

Supplying and laying synthetic Rubber insulated mats 2 mm thick for voltage upto 3.3 kv for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006, (superseding IS 5424) suitable for electrical shock safety of sizes 2m x 1m.

Supply and fix in replacement cooling tower Fan Assembly with low speed fan with noise level not exceeding 75 dBa made out of propeller type light weight solid/ hollow FRP rust resistant with statically and dynamically balanced blades suitable for 61 to 120 TR capacity AC plants.

Supply and fix in replacement cooling tower Fan Assembly with low speed fan with noise level not exceeding 75 dBa made out of propeller type light weight solid/ hollow FRP rust resistant with statically and dynamically balanced blades suitable for upto 60 TR capacity AC plants.

M&L for replacement of PVC fins suitable for any capacity and any make Cooling tower of AC plants of 2X1X0.6 feet having LPS fills with tie rod and turn buckle of suitable size to match the system complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rewinding of induction motor 900RPM, 3 phase, 50 Hz, 415 volt of compressor motor and AHU Blower, chillers , condenser motor comprising of the following activities for induction motor of following capacities complete all as specified and directed as per manufacturer's instructions. (i) Disconnecting and removing the electric motor from installed position and loading unloading, transporting to authorised/approved work shop (ii) Dismantling existing burnt winding from the motor and rewinding complete with super enamelled copper winding wire of existing gauge including all material such as insulated paper sleeves tape varnish etc complete for class F insulation and including shaft metalizing, bearing cover slieving , necessary replacement of cooling fan, nut-bolt etc. (iii) Loading, unloading and transporting motor & reinstalling in position and in alignment including electric connection commissioning and testing in actual working condition for 8 hours continuously to check the performance on full load and designed RPM to the complete satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge all as specified and directed (iv) M&L for replacement of 02 Nos of suitable size of ball bearing of existing size of the following type and capacity of induction motor :-

M & L in repair for duct insulation with resin bonded fibre glass wool roll of density 24 Kg/Cum, with factory laminated aluminium vapour barrier, thickness of insulation 50 mm all as specified and including the following :- (a) M & L for cleaning the duct surface (to be insulated) by scrapping carefully with wire brush etc. to make the surface completely free of milllscale, dirt, dust, grease and other foreign materials, taking special care so that all duct joints are sealed against any leakage. (b) M & L for applying rubber based adhesive CPRX compound. (c) M & L for sealing of all longitudinal joints and circular overlaps with and including aluminium foil tape 50 mm wide, to make the insulation leakproof. (d) M & L for securing the insulation with and including mechanically fastened nylon / steel straps of size 12 mm / 50 mm at maximum intervals of 1.2 mtr.

M & L in replacement for aluminium cladding of insulated duct using 0.5 mm thick aluminium sheet and make good to the existing insulation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Charging of refrigerant gas R- 407c/ R134/R22 in sealed cylinder after making system leak proof complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of filter drier for chiller as per existing make and model complete all as specified and directed.

Servicing of cooling coils and air filters of AHUs intalled at air conditioning plant by removing air filters and fixing ack after cleaning with air blower and water and cleaning agent , cleaning of cooling coilwith wire brush and air blower and water spray pump after spraying scale gun or equivalant chemical suitable for aluminium fins and straighting the fins of cooling coil by using suitable brush for capacity upto 10000 CFM.

Servicing of cooling coils and air filters of AHUs intalled at air conditioning plant by removing air filters and fixing ack after cleaning with air blower and water and cleaning agent , cleaning of cooling coilwith wire brush and air blower and water spray pump after spraying scale gun or equivalant chemical suitable for aluminium fins and straighting the fins of cooling coil by using suitable brush for capacity 10000 CFM to 20000 CFM.

M & L for repairs to condenser of AC plant by blocking the damaged/corroded tubes involving following activities :- (i) Disconnecting the side covers of the condenser from their existing positions. (ii) Leakage testing of the condenser using pressurised nitrogen gas and finding the leaked tubes. (iii) Blocking the damaged/leaked tubes by brass plugs. (iv) Re-fixing the side covers of the condenser and the condenser valves from their existing positions with new nuts, bolts, rubber gasket and washers etc and painting the surface with approved shade of synthetic enamel paints for following capacities of condenser :-

(a) up to 25 TR Capacity

(b) 26 to 50 TR capacity

(c) 51 to 130TR capacity

Supply and fix regenerable coarse type, dust proof AHU filter for following sizes:-

Supply and fix in replacement of thermostatic expansion valve of suitable capacity MVE size for keep a constant superheat or refrigerant level situation in refrigeration system based on evaporator outlet temperature and pressure complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for descaling of complete condenser and chiller units quarterly for central/ package type AC plants of following capacities by means of adding descaling chemical solution (HCL) or equivalent into the cooling tower sump as per requirements, and running the plant pump continuously till all the scale of pipes/shell are removed including removing side covers of condenser and cleaning the water tubes by means of nylon brushes till the scaling is removed and re fixing of covers including replacement of neoprene rubber gasket and refixing pipe connection etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
