Chlorination, Supply and installation of solenoid feed dozing pump of 6 lit capacity having pressure 6 kg/Sq. Cm of approved brand and make along with synchronized solution tank mixing container of 100 lits capacity complete with all electrical wiring with panel board fitting fixing at site , commissioning and testing to be done at cost and risk of contractor pump should have single phase electrical / diesel power supply provision only, all complete, as directed and specified. Supply and installation of (7.50 + 7.50) = 15.0 HP Centrifugal Clear Water Pump Set (For Zone-II) with necessary fittings, Three Phase, all complete, as directed and specified. Supplying, fitting and fixing DI (K-9) Clear Water Pumping Main (Combined) for Zone-I, Zone-III, Zone-IV & Zone-V for conveying treated water from the Treatment plant to 4 (four) Nos. of Zonal Elevated Service Reservoir, having total approximate length of 14940.0 Rm. all complete, as directed and specified. (Refer Annexure - XII(A) for indicative Item of Works involved in the Job)

Supplying, fitting and fixing 150 mm dia DI (K-9) Clear Water Pumping Main for Zone-II for conveying treated water from the Treatment plant to 01 (one) No. of Zonal Elevated Service Reservoir, having total approximate length of 5600.0 Rm. all complete, as directed and specified. (Refer Annexure - XII(B) for indicative Item of Works involved in the Job)

Elevated Service Reservoir : Design & Construction of five (05) Nos. Following different capacity Hot Press Moulded Thermosetting Glass Fibre Reinforced Polyester Resin (GRP) [conforming to IS 14399 (Parts 1 and 2) : 1996] Elevated Service Reservoirs with 16.0 m. high M.S. staging (having M.S. inspection deck on all side of the reservoir), with suitable RCC Foundation including all necessary inlet/ outlet/ overflow/ draining piping arrangement with control valves; M.S. ladder with guard ring for ascending to the inspection canopy and then to the Roof of the reservoir; Air Vent pipes; Manhole with frame & cover at roof; lightening arrestor with minimum 2 nos. copper plate Earth station for each of the reservoir; Solar Power operated Aviation Warning Lamp with auto switch ON/OFF devices on each of the reservoir; painting of the M.S. staging, supporting deck & inspection deck with anti corrosive paint over priming coat etc. all complete (as per all relevant BIS or ISO specification), as directed and specified. Water Disrtribution Pipe Net Work : Providing, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of distribution pipe network in water supply Zone including construction of brick masonary valve chamber,of assorted diameter ISI marked pipes suitable for drinking water supply conforming to IS:4984-2016 (with up to date & latest ammendments at the time of execution) from Manufacturere Store including providing all necessary control valves and specials viz., bend, tee, enlarger/reducer, end plug etc. (matching with the prescribe Grade & Presuure rating same as to that of pipe), and including transportation of the pipes, valves & specials & other appurtanances upto work site including handling charges; lowering and laying of the pipes, specials & valves etc. in line and level in trenches and / or over supports (minimum cover of pipe in trenches shall be 1 meter); Jointing of pipes & required specials etc. by fusion welding; construction of required valve chamber and, hydraulic testing of the same (whole pipe network comprising of pipes, valves & specials etc.), including all necessary earth work / road cutting etc. for making pipe trenches & back filling of the same to its original condition; acquiring permission for road cutting etc., if any, from the competent authority; restoration of the excavated road surface (both heard crust and/or side berm) to its original condition; providing RCC supporting pillars for portion of pipe line to be laid along depressed area/ nullah crossing etc., if any; and, including providing all necessary labour & equipment etc., all complete, as directed and specified. Trial Run : Trial Run of the complete water supply scheme after successful commissioning of all the system component of the same for 01 (one) month including payment of wages for all pump operator, treatment plant operator, Khalashi, Plumber, Electrician, Helper, Casual labour etc. for both intake station & treatment plant; supplying of all necessary chemicals, disinfectants, laboratory reagent etc., including providing PoL for the Captive Power Generator for operating during Power Failure etc., all complete, as directed and specified.
