M&L for quaterly inspection/servicing /testing by HT expert of 11 Nos. SF 6 Breaker/VCB of line circuit breaker, control panel including CT, PT and relays in control panel of Indoor type SF 6 Gas Circuit Breaker/VCB of capacity upto 800 Amps and rating 36 KV complete as details mentioned as under:- (a) Details of servicing of breaker :- (i) Checking of Closing/Tripping coil assembly (ii) Adjustment of mechanism if required. (iii) Clean the circuit breaker to remove dust and dirt. (iv) Apply a small amount of oil to rotary sections, sliding surfaces, pins, coupling section, etc.use grease for the operating shaft and bearings, and machine oil for other parts. (v) Check for rust and wear. (vi) Checking of spring charge mechanism (vii) Visual check for rust and deformation. (viii) Check for loosened bolts and nuts, broken spring washers and snap pins etc. (ix) Check for loosened connections, rust, damaged lead wires. (x) Checking of control circuit & tighten the connections if any. (xi) Check close & trip coil. (xii) Replacement of Dashpot/shock absorbers . (xiii) Replacement of carbon brush of spring charging motor (xiv) Cleaning of porcelain bushing (xv) Checking of limit switch

(b) The following test shall be carried out:- (i) Primary Injection Test of outdoor CT / PT (ii) Closing & Opening Timing Test for all three poles. (iii) IR Test with megger in open and closed condition. (iv) Contact resistance test for all three poles (v) Closing coil resistance (vi) Tripping coil resistance. (c) Testing of following relays of control panel with Secondary Injection Kit ,checking and programming of relay :- (i) Over current and earth fault relay (ii) Line diffrential relay (d) Testing of followig Aux relay:- (i) DC Supply supervision relay. (ii) Trip Circuit suprvision relay (ii) SF 6 gas pressure low. (iii) PT Fuse failure relay (iv) Master trip relay (v) Under voltage relay (vi) Over voltage relay Note:- (i) Test report shall be laminated to control panel of respective breaker. (ii) The wk shall be carried out from auth Rep/ Engineer of CG/ABB. (iii) Caliberation of relays to be done from qulified engineer of CG/ABB. (iv) The parts shall be replace under relevant item of supply only.

M&L (in replacement) Current transformer, indoor comprising of 3 Nos single phase resin cast CTs of 300-150/5+5 amps ratio, PS class, with suitable VA burden and accuracy suitable for protection & metering of 11 KV VCB panel complete ass as specified & directed.

M&L (in replacement) PT : three Nos single phase potential transformer of ratio 11 KV/ 110 volts, class 1, suitable for VA bourden mounted on extended frame of VCB including mounting structure complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) All the instruments, primary and secondary injection kit and T&P required for the above job shall be arranged by the contractor at site and cost of the deemed to be included in the above rate. (ii) The above checking, inspection, installation and testing work shall be performed by HT expert/Engineer.

Dismantling & taking out defective LT PVC/XLPE cable from trenches with cutting and removing defective parts and supply & making cable joint using straight through joint heat shrink type ad making connection of LT cables, megering & re-storation of electric supply complete including jointing material for the following sizes of cable :- Joint make - Reychem

S&F (in replacemement) following items in the existin out door/indoor LT panels MCCB Microprocessor release and connetion with using aluminum lugs/ferruls incl disconnection & connection of cable and making necessary alteration in panel/door using welding wk and cutting as required for proper fixing & connection complete all as specified and directed as below :- (Note :- Make of MCCB/MCB : Schneider/L&T/ABB).
