Supply of Bisphenol base protective high temperature chemical resistance coating – 9340 (Bisphenol base epoxy resin) & application at diffuser beam & channel protection coating media – Bagasse with 100-degree water, MOC – Mild steel temp, Wet temperature – 110 degrees centigrade. Ph. – 4.5 to 7.5, Properties Values: 1. Chemical type - Bisphenol base epoxy resin 2. Mixed destiny - 1.6 ± 1.9 g/cc 3. Application life (mins) - 60 4. Curing time -tack free 6-8 hrs. 5. Re-coating (hrs.) - 10-12 hrs. 6. Coverage 1.0 m2/lit for 500 microns DFT 7. Water probability [WRC] as per BS 6920-1 Pass onto 60℃. 8. UV resistance @100hrs as per ASTM G- 5:88 pass 9.
