Construction of 50 Bedded Critical care unit for Civil hospital at Bhoranj Distt Hamirpur HP Part I

Cutting in earth work by mechanical means in all heights and depths in blasting work in hard rock with chiseling and wedging out of rock ( where blasting work is prohibited) and their intermediate classifiction of soils including, dewatering wherever required, setting of the required lines, levels as shown on the drawing and directed by the Engineer-in-charge at site, and sorting out useful and unuseful material and transportation of the unuseful material for disposing at dumping site( to be arranged by the contractor) as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge through all modes of transportion including head load, animal load or mechanical means along with its leveling fine dressing and with all kinds of labour, machineries, tools , equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour (if required). All useful material such as stones, shingles aggregate and slates shall be properly stacked at site to the maximum possible extent . Any loss to the public and private property, human being, machinery during the course of execution and disposal of serviceable and unserviceable materials shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor and shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respects including all incidental charges.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains for all kinds of soil and ordinary rocks including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms upto all lifts including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within all leads and lifts including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Stone filling under floor dry hand packed with hard stone of approved quality consolidated properly with hand or mechanical rammer or by hand durmoot to required level as per HPPWD specification 1990 volume-I including carriage of materials, labour, tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:2:4 (One cement : Two coarse sand : four graded stone aggregate 20 mm (Twenty millimetre) nominal size for all work up to plinth level excluding the cost of centering and shuttering, finishing and reinforcement including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering 1:3:6 (one cement : three coarse sand : six graded stone aggregate) 20mm ( twenty millimetre) nominal size graded stone aggregate upto plinth level including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering 1:4:8 (one cement : four coarse sand : eight graded stone aggregate) 40mm ( forty millimetre) nominal size graded stone aggregate upto plinth level including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including the cost of centering and shuttering 1:5:10 (one cement : five coarse sand : ten graded stone aggregate) 40mm ( forty millimetre) nominal size graded stone aggregate upto plinth level including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying damp-proof course 40mm ( forty millimetre) thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 ( one cement : two coarse sand : four graded stone aggregate 12.5mm ( twelve point five millimetre) nominal size including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying a coat of residual petroleum bitumen of grade of VG-10(ten) of approved quality using 1.7 kg ( one point seven kilogram ) per square metre on damp proof course after cleaning the surface with brushes and finally with a piece of cloth lightly soaked in kerosene oil including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.
