Repairing of Self Starters and Charging Alternators as and when required. 6. Repairing and Descaling of Radiators as and when required. 7. Minor Repairs of alternators i.e. Terminal Bar, Thimbles, AVR, Diodes, Rectifiers as required 8. Stand By Parts will be provided in case of failure of any i.e Self Starter, Charging Alternator, AVR etc as required. Scope not Covered in CAMC 1. If any Parts required to be replaced/repaired in case of shifting of DG Set will be charged extra as per site requirement. 2. Acoustic Enclosure / Canopy. 3. Comprehensive Annual Maintenance contract of VRF plant of 16hp x 9 nos.= 144 hp. Comprehensive maintenance inlcludes inspecting the plant/system & carry out preventive maintenance atleast four time a year, checking the refrigeration system, motor & starter & ensuring healthy conditon of the plant, checking the system for any leakages & rectification of leakages, taking set of readings and evaluating to ensure satisfactory performane of the plant, checking the refrigeration control system for operation and adjusting the settings, checking the functioning of compressors and its accessories, cleaning the IDU evaporator/ODU condenser coils once a year, lubricating the bearings of motors, & fans when found necessary, quarterly inspection of belts adjusting the tension and replacing the worn out belts as and when found required, replenishment of refrigerant gas as a result of wear and tear, overhauling the components of the equipment at site or in service station as and when required including providing loan compressor in case of failure of these compressors, checking of the microprocessor/PCBs and sensors of IDU/ODU units for its proper functioning and repair/replacement of the same if found necessary, attending to complaint/breakdown calls whenever required, reporting the healthiness of the plant.

Servicing and complete overhauling of WTAC/Split units after dismantling from various locations, removing of dust from condenser coil, cooling coil and chasis wherever required complete cleaning of fin condenser coil with cleaning agent of superior quality, dismantling of blower motor (if required), washing etc after dismantling of condenser motor replacement of defective parts finally applying two coats of black synthetic paint of approved brand before fixing new 5 mm./6 mm. foam sheet with adhesive testing commissioning etc. complete as reqd.

Supplying and charging of R-22/R-134 or any other refrigerant gas as per requirement in 1.5/ 2TR capacity WTAC/Split AC unit i/c necessary copper pipe, capllary & fiter i/c brazing the tube leakage, finding, pressure testing and vacummuizzing complete as required.
