IDU of rated power supply-230V-1ph-50Hz. , 1no. ODU of rated power supply-230V-1ph-50Hz. Air-flow of IDU:- 800CFM. with fixing of suitable size of M.S. angles, hangers,fastners etc. as required for installation of IDU and ODU and mending good damages to original finish as per direction of E.I.C ( Make: Hitachi/Daikin FDBF24CRV16/ as per choice of EIC)

Refrigeration Piping: Supplying, Installation, testing and commissioning including vaccumiazation and Nitrogen testing of following nominal sizes of soft/hard drawn copper refrigerant piping for VRV/VRF system, complete with fittings, with suitable adjustable ring type hanger supports, jointing/brazing including accessories, insulated with XPLE Class-O tubular insulation/with Class-O closed cell elastometric nitrile rubber tubular sleeves sections of 19 mm thick insulation as given below for Suction and Liquid lines, all accessories as per specifications etc. as required : (Make of copper pipe:- Rajco/Ryoku/Mandev/Nippon) (Make of insulation:- Suprime/Accoflex/Armacell) (a)15.9 (5/8”)mm dia (OD) (Soft drawn) with tube thickness 1.2 mm

Wrapping both the copper pipe with kenofoam sulation by 26 SWG aluminum sheet to make it vermin proof.

Supply and laying flexible PVC insulated 3 core 2.5 sqmm FRLSH PVC sheathed cable for communication between IDU and ODUs ( Make- KEI/ Gloster/Polycab / Finolex). (i)3- core 2.5 Sq.mm

Supply and fixing of powder coated extruded aluminium air diffuser without aluminium volume control damper as per specification (make- Systemair/Premire/Caryair/ Airmaster)

Supplying, fitting & fixing in position suspended boxing for return and supply air arrangement for ducting incl. false ceiling for boxing of IDU with frame work of aluminium hollow section of size 50mm x 25mm (2.0mm thickness) combined with aluminium corners of size 38mm x 25mm, suspended by aluminium hollow tube section of size 38mm x 25mm having size of 600mm x 600mm ceiling with aluminium composit panels (ACP) - Interior grade of thickness 3.0mm comprising of protective film, polyester coating, primer, aluminium coil, adhesive film, polyethylene core again with one layer adhesive film, aluminium bottom coating and finally service coating as per manufacturer's specification finished with aluminium screw and silicon sealent complete in all respect including all incidental charges etc. as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.

Charges for MS Structure for 2.0 Tr ODU installation : Supplying, fabrication & fixing of M.S. platform supported by Angle iron of (06) Six nos 8mm thick of size ( 50 mm x 50mm x 6mm) of length 1.2 mtr and to be welded with 6 mm thick MS flat squre of required size (8 inch squre in shape with four nos hole) and to be fixed on wall by 12 mm dia fastner. The platform should be fabricated with 10 (ten) nos of 32mm hollow squre bar of 1.8 mtr length fixed in equal intervals for the said platform. Also making the safety grill by 32mm x 6mm MS flat throught the 3 side of the machine from the 2.5 feet above the platform .The whole structure should be paint by 2 coats enamel paint. The entire structure must be safe to carry out maintenance of ODU as per direction of EIC.Complex work should be carried out as per direction of EIC
