Carriage of following materials from store chandausi to work site including loading and unloading and handing at both end (distance within a radiaus about 30 kms)
STP-72 pole 13 mtr Long.
PCC Pole 8.5 mtr. long
ACSR rabbit Conductor and other Line Meterials
Digging of pits upto 1/6th of Pole in 180X120X120 CMS Size for ST poles. Providing and laying of stone pad (300X300X75 mm) in the pit of poles. Fitting of all accessories i.e. X arms, pin insulator etc and providing & fitting of all type of clamps with nut and bolts and washers etc. as per RESPO norms and its errection complete in all respect.

Grouting of supports in CC 1:4:8 (Cement, stand & 40 mm brick ballast) Grouting will be done in the block ao size (450X450) mmX1/16th of full lenthe of the support up to ground level, 300 mm plinth above the ground level with CC 1:3:6 (Cement Cours sand and stone grit) with muffing as per drawing Work includes back filling and proper ramming.

Grouting of stay rods (16x1800) MM Including all work of excavation, cement concrete in size (0.60X0.60X0.30) mm in ratio 1:4:8 Cement, sand, 40 mm brick ballast) as per drg.Including back filling of soil and proper ramming etc.
Fixing tighting & nozzling of stay wire with stay rod with the poles of required tension as per drawing, including providing & fixing of stay insulator of 11 kv and stay clamps.
Earthing of st/pcc pole as per RESPO norms
Laying, Straingin, Sagging and binding of ACSR Rabbit Conductor on pole in 11 kv line.
Providing and fixing of barbed wire on each pole
fixing of Danger Board on 11 kv line.
Gaurding of 11 kv line as per RESPO norms with fabrication and fitting of Gaurding cross arms etc.
Jumpring of 11 kv Line.
