The tenderer with past performance of satisfactory execution of contracts to SC Railway, or Other Zonal Railways/Pus for supply of the same / similar items(Similar can be "like end shield for 6306 bearing, end shield for 6307 bearing, end shield for 6308 bearing, end shield for 6310 bearing, end shield for 6312 bearing, DE end cover for traction motor blower, NDE end cover for traction motor blower, motor end bracket, bearing housing for auxiliary motors, bearing cap for traction motors, grease cup assembly for motor housings, machined motor flange, rotor side bearing plate, stator side bearing plate, terminal box housing for traction motor, motor mounting bracket, coupling housing for auxiliary motors, fan cover for motor, sealing plate for blower motors, spacer ring for bearings, motor frame machined casting, shaft end protector, machined steel brackets, cast iron housings for electrical motors, pulley end cover, motor pedestal mounting, motor base plate, fabricated motor support bracket, machined aluminum motor end rings, bush housings, labyrinth seals, metal dust covers for bearings, bearing retainers, collar rings for motor shafts, fan impeller hub, machined metal sleeves, steel bearing adapter sleeves, fabricated blower casing parts, machined cover plates for locomotives, traction motor ancillary brackets, auxiliary motor structural parts, machined components for loco electrical equipment") for a quantity of 20 percent or more of tendered quantity against a single contract during last three years prior to, and excluding tender opening date may be considered as responsive to SC Railways requirements for placement of bulk and regular order. Tenderers are requested to submit the past performance report such as Copies of R Notes/CRAC/Proof of acceptance of material by consignee etc. along with their offer; failing which offer will be summarily rejected without making any back reference. However, in cases where the tenderers are having satisfactory past supply performances of tendered items for stock items with IR, the supply performance data available in iMMIS with IR shall be taken into consideration while evaluating the offers of the tenderers

If such past performance level is lower, then the offer may be considered as responsive to SC Railways requirements for placement of developmental order not exceeding 20 percent of the net procurable quantity. The tenderers, who have no past performance as above, may also be considered for such developmental orders, but for consideration of such developmental orders, they shall submit details of M & P, testing facilities, STR & QAP, technical manpower available, UDYAM Registration Certificate for same/similar items etc., along with their offer

In case, the tenderer participates as an authorized dealer, then the performance as required above shall be that of Principal (OEM) authorizing the agent or bidder for the same OEM. It may so happen that the agent/dealer has credentials of past supply for a different Principal/OEM, then it will not be considered as performance.

(Information will be provided in % terms with 6 fileds; Micro owned by SC, Micro owned by ST, Micro owned by Others, Small industry owned by SC, Small industry owned by ST, Small industry owned by Others.

Restrictions under Rule 144 (xi) of GFRs-2017: a) I have read the clause regarding Restrictions under Rule 144(xi) of GFRs-2017 on procurement from a bidder of a country which shares a land border with India and as detailed in Tender Documents. b) I certify that this bidder is not from such a country or, if from such a country, has been registered with the Competent Authority. c) I hereby certify that this bidder fulfills all requirements in this regard and is eligible to be considered. (Wherever applicable, evidence of valid registration by the competent authority shall be attached). Note: If the tenderers are not agreeable to above declaration, they have to categorically mention about the disagreement in Techno Commercial Deviation.
