Demolition Brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for walling of random rubble stone masonry, un-coursed, well bonded, bedded, solidly hearted and built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for walling of random rubble stone masonry but except stones un-coursed, well bonded, bedded, solidly hearted and built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Raking out joints to square rubble masonary, coursed or uncoursed and M & L for Raised pointing in CM (1:3)

M & L for Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:4) including raising height of existing manholes complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick/Stone or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as directed.

Plain Cement Concrete Type B0 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) cast in situ in lintels up to 1.5 M span, cills and other similar bands, plinth courses, parapets, copings, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed including use and waste of form work.

S&F mild steel work such as angle iron in posts & struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape hand rail straight portion , drilled and contersunk for balusters , nosing to steps, struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed , drilling holes, notching for wire etc flat iron fillets ( for securing chain link fencing ) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 including dismantling old steel work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails,braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete includig dismantling of old steel works all as directed

S & F Galvanized, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia., barbed with 2 mm dia., barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel pins etc., including taking down the existing wire complete as directed.
