Comprehensive maintenance and general servicing, cleaning, Greasing, Minor repairs to Diesel Engine sets including oil pump, water pump, adjustment of tappets, minor repairs of self starter and dynamo, repair of radiator with cleaning, repair to generator control panel by replacement existing burnt out of copper wire including repair/ replacement of toggle switches and replacement of spares all gasket and joints etc for DG set of capacity 10 to 30 KVA to the entire satisfaction by the Engr-in-Charge. Note : Spare parts will be measured and paid separately under respective items.

All as per serial item No 1 above but for 40 to 75 KVA DG Set complete.

All as per serial item No 1 above but for 100 to 160 KVA DG Set complete.

Repair/overhauling /Calibration of fuel injection pump and nozzle with holder assembly of diesel engine including providing new parts such as delivery valves. Elements, tapet gear, plungar , nozzle copper washes, leak off pipes, banzo bolts, service kit, governer repair etc in replacement of existing UNSV Parts including re-assembiling, setting , fixing and testing at site suitable of 10 KVA to 30 KVA DG set.

M&L for preparation of old painted body surface of 10 to 30 KVA DG set and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint as per colour code to the body of DG set and alternator and red colour to the belt guard including writing MES/SM Nos complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. MAKE- Asian Paints/ Berger Paints/ Nerolac Paints/ Shalimar Paints

All as per serial item No 11 above but for 40 to 75 KVA capacity DG Set.

All as per serial item No 11 above but for 100 to 160 KVA capacity DG Set.

Supply and fix in repair V belt for any drive suitable for DG set capacity 10 to 160 KVA complete all as specified and as directed.

Repairs/replacement to exhaust manifold (MAKE- Kirloskar/ L&T/ Cummins/ Ashok Leyland/ as existing) by replacement of worn out silencer unit of required size and shape suitable for DG set 10 KVA to 30 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item 15 here in before but suitable for DG set capacity 40 KVA to 75 KVA complete.

All as per item 15 here in before but suitable for DG set capacity 100 KVA to 160 KVA complete.

Cleaning of fuel tank of any capacity by draining out diesel and cleaning internally with the help of cleaning agent and compressed air , drain out the sludge/foreign matter deposited inside the diesel tank of any capacity of DG set from 10 to 30 KVA capacity

All as per item 18 here in before but suitable for DG set capacity 40 KVA to 75 KVA complete.

All as per item 18 here in before but suitable for DG set capacity 100 KVA to 160 KVA complete.

Removing existing unserviceble battery and supplied and fixed new lead acid battery maintenance free 12 volts upto 180AH fully charged as required on site with matching capacity of Dg set complete all as directed. (Make- Exide/ Luminious/ as existing)

Taking out old unserviceable battery charger and supply and fix battery charger (MAKE- Exide/ Luminous/ as existing) suitable for charging lead acid battery 6/12volt boost and trickle charging mode, 230 volt single phase complet with charging lead connecting clip complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for replacement of lubrication oil 20W40, (MAKE- Castrol/ Servo/ Shell) in DG sets of capacity 10 to 160 KVA all as specified and directed.

S&F in-repair of coolent for radiator of water cooled engines as per manufacturers recommendation complete as all directed.

Replacement and Repair of self starter (MAKE- Kirloskar/ L&T/ Cummins/ Ashok Leyland/ as existing) 12 volts for 10 to 30 KVA DG set by replacing the defective worn out parts such as armature, field coil, bendex pinion, clutch plate, solinoid switch and any other necessary parts including testing complete.

All as per serial item No 25 above but for 40 to 75 KVA capacity DG Set.

All as per serial item No 25 above but for 100 to 160 KVA capacity DG Set.

Taking out radiator assy and repair by cleaning washing flushing and removing blockage of chocked tubes including replacement of existing UNSV water tube soldering nuts bolts washers and making leakproof and testing at site of 10 to 30 KVA DG Set.

All as per serial item No 28 above but for 40 to 75 KVA capacity DG Set.

All as per serial item No 28 above but for 100 to 160 KVA capacity DG Set.

Replacement of battery copper leads 2 meter long of suitable size single core with copper thimble complete.

Replacement of battery terminals brass of any capacity battery complete.

Repair to alternater complete by dismantling and cutting winding, cleaning, polishing, welding work and re-winding with suitable size and gauge of copper enamelled winding wire complete greasing, replacement of carbon brush, varneshing etc and testing after repair of 10 to 30 KVA DG Set including testing after repair complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only distilled water for lead acid cell 12 Volt complete.

Supply and replacement of Automatic Voltage Regulator suitable for DG sets of Capacity 10 to 75 KVA.

AC VOLTAGE STABILIZER/UPS M & L for repair to AC voltage stabilizer by removing burnt out entire copper winding from coils and rewinding of the same coil with super enameled copper wire of appropriate gauge as per original including providing insulation paper, cotton tape, varnishing heating, reassembling, and testing complete all as specified and directed of capacity 0.50 KVA to 2.0 KVA voltage stabilizer, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per item no 42 above but 3.15 KVA voltage stabilizer

M&L for minor repair of Voltage Stabilizer of upto 2 KVA Capacity of any MAKE including replacement of Relay, Capacitors, Switches, Voltmeters and Testing, etc., complete all as specified and as directed. (MAKE of spare parts- Havells/ L&T/ Siemens/ as existing)

M&L for minor repair of Voltage Stabilizer of 3 to 5 KVA Capacity of any MAKE including replace-ment of Relay, Capacitors, Switches, Voltmeters and Testing, etc., complete all as specified and as directed. (MAKE of spare parts- Havells/ L&T/ Siemens/ as existing)

M & L for repair to AC servo voltage stabilizer by removing burnt out entire copper winding from coils and rewinding of the same coil with super enameled copper wire of appropriate gauge as per original including providing insulation paper, cotton tape, varnishing heating,copper lugs,and nuts and bolts etc and reassembling and testing complete all as specified and directed of capacity 20 KVA to 500 KVA voltage stabilizer

M&L for topping up of transformer oil of dielectric strength more than 50KV in servo voltage stabilizer all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting AC supply,dismantling, taking down and opening Servo stabilizer having capacity 20 KVA to 75KVA. Servicing, repair/replacement unserviceable parts such as contact bush, mechanical tap moving system, filtration of oil, topup new oil, servo motor, carbon busher assembly with carbon and repair/maint/replacement of PC board, indicator, transformer etc and other minor parts found defective during repairing. Re-assembling the same after repairing and commissioning testing, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE :- Parts replaced of voltage stabilizer shall be measured and paid separetly under respective items. (MAKE of spare parts- Havells/ L&T/ Siemens/ as existing)

All as per item no 49 here-in-above but for 76 KVA to 300 KVA servo stabilizer, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE :- Parts replaced of voltage stabilizer shall be measured and paid separetly under respective items. (MAKE of spare parts- Havells/ L&T/ Siemens/ as existing)

M&L for Installation LED Acrylic glow sign display boards with wiring and led warm lighting for different location under GE Rangia all as specified and directed. (Note:- 1. Supply and fix retrofit emssions control device to control air polluiton suitable for DG set of Capacity 100 KVA as per CPCB-II norms all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- 1. Cost of Scaffolding/ladder for accessibility of rectrofit emission control device shall be included in the quoted rate. 2. Cost of foundation for mouting the device shall be included in the quoted rate. 3. Cladding shall be provided by the contractor for smooth working environment. 4. Cost of stack replacement as per RECD recommendation shall be included in the quoted rate. 5. Any modification outside the scope of work to accommodate the RECD and/or dual fuel kit device shall be provided by the contractor. 6. AMC document of atlest one year from date of installation of RECD with the manufacturer shall be produced by the contractor before claiming the Bill. 7. Durability Period (Expected Life) or RECD need to be sbmitted before commencment of work and that should be above 6 yrs or 4000 hrs whichever is earlier. 8. Type approval should be submitted before commencing of work and the result should be below permissable limit as per CPCB norms-II (More than 75 KW upto 800 KW (NOx + HC-4.0) (CO-3.5) (PM 2.5-0.2) (Light Absorption Coffeicent, M-0.7). 9. Testing :- The RECD must be tested by one of the five currently CPCB recongines/ approved labs:- (a) Automotive Research Association of India, Pune (Maharashtra) (b) International Centre for Automotive Technology, Mansear (Haryana) (c) Indian Oil Corporation, Reserach and Development Centre, Fardabad (Haryana) (d) Indian Institue of Pertroleum, Dehradun (Uttarakhand) (e) Vehicle Research Development Estblishment, Ahmednagar (Maharashtra)

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level, connected to galvanized earth lead of 32x6 mm by means of bolts nuts check nuts & washers of galvanized iron or steel , procteded by GI pipe 40 mm bore( light grade) and watering pipe 50 mm bore GI pipe (medium grade) and chamber and coping shall be in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone agg. 50 mm thick cover of RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone agg. reinforced with 8 mm dia MS tor bar @ 80 mm c/c both ways including excvation and earth work and removal of surplus soil complete all as shown in electrical plate no 3 of SSR PT 1, 2009 with charcoal dust and salt complete and earth lead connected to earthing test point (up to main switches, DBs) including taking down old damaged earthing, complete all as specified & testing on completion. NOTE:- (i) item includes the cost of 1.5 mtr length GI pipe for protection for GI earth lead. (ii) item rates includes the cost of 7.5 mtr GI earth lead.
