Construction of Embankment with material obtained from Roadway Cutting/with approved materials deposited at site from roadway as directed by Engineer-in-charge and MORD specifications for Rural Roads 2014 (Filling/Patri Filling)

Coolie walling including supply of all material, labour, T&P , royalty etc. required for proper completion of the work , as directed by Engineer-in-charge and as per PWD specifications 8.90

Repairs of damages caused by rain/spillage of water Preparation and surface treatment of formation by removing mud and slurry,watering to the extent needed to maintain the desired moisture content, trimming to the required line, grade, profile and rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5.5.1

PAVEMENT WORK

Granular sub-base/base/surface course with local materials by mix in place method normal Construction of granular sub-base by providing local material spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at once and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density complete using naturally occuring gravel.

WBM Grading 2Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

WBM Grading 3Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill-up theinterstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required densityGrading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

Providing and applying prime coat Low porosity with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) complying with IS:8887on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70- 1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Providing laying and rolling of cold mixed open graded Premix carpet of 20 mm thicknesscomposed of 13.2mm and 11.2mm· nominal size aggregates using penetration grade cationic bitumen emulsion (Medium Setting Ms Grade Compliying With IS 8887) required line,grade and level serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base including mixing in a suitable plant laying and roling with a three wheel 80- 100 KN static roller capacity ,finished to required level and grade to be followed by seal coat og type B as per MORD Specification clause 506.2.

Providing and laying seal coat by Bituminous Emulsion (SS-2) as for sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using, Type B as per Technical Specification Clause 508 (TYPE-B)

PROTECTION WORK

Excavation in foundation for retaining, breast walls etc, in all types of soils and rocks including all lead, lift and disposal of surplus material as per direction of engineer - in - charge, as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 of MORD Specifiction

Random Rubble Masonary laid dry in breast wall,retaining wall, parapets,scupper etc. Including supply of all materials,labour,t & p& royality etc,required for proper complition of work.(As per PWD Uttarakhand specifications)

Providing and laying of concrete for reinforced concrete for structures including supply of all materials, labour, t&p, shuttering, centering , royalty etc. required for proper completion of work as directed by Engineer-in-charge and MORD Specification for Rural Roads 2014.R.C.C.grade M 25 for cross drainage structures such as Culverts , Bridges etc.

Providing concrete for plain/ reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 Nominal mix 1:2:4 P.C.C grade M20

HP stone filling in back of walls including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

PARAPET
