M&L Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated /trepezoidal steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

All as per srl item No.11 above but for capacity of tank exc 500 & n.exc 1000 Ltrs capacity complete all as specified.
M&L for 40mm thick PCC type B0, (1:2:4) (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in padding in roof complete all as specified. Note: (Work shall be carried out upto G+2 storey bldg, contractor to quote rates accordingly)
M&L for cement screed/rendering 10mm thick in C.M (1:3) over roof slab including parapets inverted beams etc. mixed with water proofing compound, rendering all as specified and directed (WPC shall be measured and paid separately and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as directed by engr-in- charge. Note:- WPC will be measured & paid separately.
M&L for APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3Kgs/Sqm and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt not less than 150 gms/sqm) over a coat of hot bitumen 85/25 grade applied @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm after priming the surface with bitumenious emulsion (tack coat) @ 100 gms/sqm with 10 cm overlap of the membrane to be provided duly fused uniformly by LPG torch flame complete all as directed .
M&L for preparation of surfaces and applying one coat of aluminium paint @ 100 ml/sqm over APP membrane all as specified and directed.
Supply only liquid water proofing compound.
Waterproofing for terrace: (i) Cleaning the surface areas thoroughly so that they are free of all contaminants like dirt and laitance & to remove all the loose materials by various mechanical means. Removal of all surface Imperfections, protrusions, loose concrete & filling of cracks using Seal PU or Polymer Modified Mortar in the ratio Seal Crete : Cement : Sand (1 : 2 : 5 ) . (ii) Providing and making vata at the junction of the walls and the slabs using PMC mortar in the ratio of Seal Crete : Cement : Sand (1 : 2: 5 ) using SBR Latex as the bond coat. (iii) Correct all construction joints by grouting wth grout IP at 1m apart and opening of joints in "V" cut groove and fill with PMC mortar, using SBR Latex as the bond coat. (vi) Providing and applying brush applied water based PU dispersed polymer modified Elastomeric liquid membrane, Urethane BTD with Zero VOC to form the membrane in situ at site with 3 layers of monolithic, seam less finish having > 500% elongation The first layer is to be apply primer @ 200 Gms per Sqm and shall act as the prime coat to fill in the cavities. This can be brush or roller applied. For spray application, using any airless spray system with recommended nozzle size at 30:1 at 2 bar pressure.
(v) Providing and applying the second coat @ 1 kg per Sqm using the soft brush, roller or Spray system with the recommended nozzle size on to the primed surface. Providing and applying 45 Gsm Fiber cloth over the 1 st coat,when substrate till the coat is tacky Providing and applying 3 rd coat @ 1 kg per Sqm to finish the application for a thickness of 1.5 mm membrane formed in place. The second coat should be applied perpendicular to the first coat for cross linkage and complete as per the specification. (vi) Top Screed modified with Integral Waterproofing Chemical: Placing a seperation layer of 120 GSM geotextile fabric over the waterproofing membrane and carrying out sloping screed on top of it over the with cement modified @ 0.4% with Manufacturer plast LW+ for waterproofing.
Notes: - 1. To be applied by the representatives of manufacturers authorized applicator only. Contractor has to provide manufacturer’s test certificate for the above mentioned Technical parameters and purchase Vrs. 2. Removal of existing treatment to be paid separately. 3. Roof top to be ensured to avoid water ponding. 4. For accessible terrace and inaccessible terrace, 300mm height of vertical surface/ parapet wall to be treated with same specification of slab. Make: - STP , Bostik, Berger, Fosroc, Sika, Asian or any other make approved by E-in-C’s Branch for PU based water proofing treatment.
