a)Maintenance and electrical protection of digitizer,Junction board ,communication cables (From digitizer to weightment PC and from digitizer to RFID PC) and connectors (digitizer and computer communication cable connectors,power connectors,load cell cable connectors). Repair or replacement of any or all the above items due to any disturbance viz voltage or frequency disturbance,earthing disturbance,lightening or thundering,mechanical damages etc shall be within the scope of AMC. Repairing or replacement of digitizer mother board,LED/LCD display or board power supply unit and transformer,Communication unit,any other unit/board/IC within and about the Digitizer damaged due to any disturbance viz Voltage frequency disturbances,earthing disturbance,lightning,thundering,Mechanical Damages etc shall be within the scope of AMC. b) Periodic monthly maintenance and cleaning of equipment. c) Periodic calibration on as and when required by the CCL and LEGAL METROLOGY OFFICER d) Annual verification and stamping of electronic road weighbridge. The job will include timely generation and provision of online demand note for verification and stamping Fees, liasoning with the legal metrology inspector,hazaribagh for issue of date for stamping and verification, supervision and service during annual verification and stamping and for timely issue of stamping certificate. e)Repairing or replacement of load cells and load cell cables due to any reason except lightening/thundering/mechanical fatigue failure. f) Any requirement of unskilled manpower,jack(5T),Crane,sling rope etc will be within the scope of CCL. g) Any statutory Fees payable for annual verification and stamping will be borne by CCL.
Cleaning testing adjustment of CI test weights of 20 kg each for annual verification and stamping of 50 MT,60 MT and 100 MT Electronic road weighbridges.
Replacement of load cells (30 ton capacity or similar electrically and mechanically compatible load cell with fitment guarantee) on as and when required basis during the one year CAMC Period(12 Nos of such load cells for damages due to thundering/lightning/mechanical fatigue failure only) @ 14,999/-only per load cell(Excluding GST). The requirement is projected and tentative concurrent with the CAMC period. The requirement may be on higher or lower side and actual payment against the above requirement will be made on pro-rata basis subject to actual consumption
