Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring of any size for light, socket or power points, including removal of wiring from conduits/casing-capping and accessories as applicable, without damage to adjoining works, and making good all disturbed surfaces of walls, floors and ceilings to match the existing finish, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down MCBs with sheet metal enclosures, main switches, distribution boards and associated electrical accessories, including disconnection, removal and making good disturbed surfaces to match the existing finish, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for concealed point wiring with two single-core PVC insulated, unsheathed, multi-stranded copper conductor cables of 1.5 sq mm size, FRLS, drawn in and including 20 mm dia electrical grade PVC conduit concealed in walls/ceilings/floors, including PVC insulated, unsheathed, multi-stranded copper conductor earth wire of 1.5 sq mm size, FRLS, and including MS sunk sheet metal box with modular sheet top cover of required module size with frame for mounting switches, sockets etc., complete all as specified and directed. The quoted rate shall include cutting chases in stone/brick walls and making good the disturbed surfaces including plastering and painting to match the existing finish/colour, and shall also include cost of modular cover plates of required module size, frame and sheet metal boxes, for which no additional payment shall be admissible. (a) one light point controlled by one one-way switch

(b) one 3-pin 5 Amp switch socket outlet provided on the same board

(c ) one 3-pin 5 Amp switch socket outlet point provided on an independent board,

(d) one bell/buzzer point controlled by one bell push,

(e ) one two-way light point controlled by two two-way switches,

(f ) one ceiling/exhaust fan point controlled by one switch and regulator

Description all as srl item no. 3.00 here-in-before but wiring with 2.5 sq mm multi-stranded copper conductor cable and 2.5 sq mm copper conductor earth wire for 15 Amp power/geyser point, including all necessary conduit, boxes, modular cover plates, accessories, connections and making good of disturbed surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring using 1.5 sq mm single-core PVC insulated, unsheathed, multi-stranded copper conductor FRLSH cable of 1100 Volt grade, including 1.5 sq mm single-core PVC insulated, unsheathed, multi-stranded copper conductor FRLSH cable of 1100 Volt grade as continuous green-coloured earth wire connected to common earth and earth dolly, laid/drawn in and including PVC casing and capping with all accessories, fixed on walls/ceilings with PVC sleeves/dash fasteners and cadmium-plated screws conforming to relevant IS, terminated in PVC terminal box of required module size with new 3 mm thick phenolic laminated sheet top cover, complete all as specified and directed.
