SH-I- Operation & maintenance

Running maintenance of Internal and External electrical installations on all days for one month at CAD colony, Jorbagh, Karbala, Airport lane & Safdarjung Airport in general shift basis as per the requirement of works. The contractor has to deploy the following minimum man power per day including Saturday , Sunday & holidays etc, as per the instructions of Engineer-in-charge or his authorized representative. i) Supervisor(Highlly skilled) – 1 No. (Excluding Sunday) ii) Operator (Highlly skilled) – 1 No (Excluding Sunday) iii) Electrician (Skilled) – 6 Nos iv) Electrician cum DG Operator (Skilled) – 3 Nos v) Pump Operator (Semi-skilled)– 2 Nos vi) Khallasi – 8 Nos

Providing one trained Driver cum Electrician to drive the Govt. Vehicle & to maintain the Electric installations of various area's in all days excluding Sunday, in general shift per month and as per instruction of engineer in charge/ authorized representative as per the requirement of works.

Add for extra allowance of Rs. 2000/- per month to be paid in addition to the minimum wages to the following manpower (The agency has to quote the rate in conformity with Para no. 12(ii, vi & vii) of Special Condition of Contract). i) Supervisor – 1 No. ii) Trained Driver cum Electrician – 1 No iii) Operator (Highlly skilled) – 1 No

SH-II: Miscellaneous minor repair works for E&M installations, as per specification,as & when required with prior approval of Engineer in charge.

Complete servicing of different type & model ceiling fans i/c greasing, replacement of cotter pin, rubber bush, bolts & nuts i/c dismanteling, reinstallation of fan at the existing location as reqd.(excluding replacement of bearing )

Painting of following installations in position with synthetic enamelled paint by spray/ brush painting by one or more coats including scraping, cleaning of surface & writting actual nomenclature with highlighted colour on the installation after painting etc.

Distribution boards /out door panel/ Feedar piller etc.

Post top poles singal /double Arms, height up to 4 mtr

Street light pole height above 7 to 9 mtrs

Labour charges for lowering & lifting i/c dismantling of different sizes submersible pump set/ jet assembly alongwith pipe lines, cable from the existing bore, as & when reqd. re-installing back of the same i/c cost of cable joint & minor items such as nut bolt & rubber packing etc. ( charges for repairing or rectification of fault of pump/ motor will be paid separately).

Providing & replacement of bearing / bush of ceiling fans i/c associated work as per the requirment of following fans i/c dismantling and reinstallation of fan with testing, commissioning etc.as reqd.(Dismantled material shall be retained by the contractor)
