   Whenever drug sample on analysis are found to be not conforming to standards, the suppliers are required to replace the whole batch free of cost with another batch to all consignees, irrespective of whether the batch has been used completely/partially or not.

   Railways reserves the right to send the drugs etc supplied in Bulk purchase to be tested by Govt and other approved testing laboratories and if required, to inform Drug Controller for suitable action.
