Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead Of area 3 sq. metres and below complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing Second class hard wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length (hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for separately) complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS :2202 (Part I) commercial type, core of block board construction with frame of 2nd class hard wood and well matched teak 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters 35 mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing factory made panel modular PVC door shutter 30 mm thick consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes of 19 gauge thickness and size of 19 mm x 19 mm for styles and 15x15 mm for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall have a coat of steel primers of approved make and manufacture. M.S. frame covered with 5 mm thick heat moulded PVC 'C' channel of size 30 mm thickness, 70 mm width out of which 50 mm shall be flat and 20 mm shall be tapered in 45 degree angle on both side forming styles and 5 mm thick, 95 mm wide PVC sheet out of which 75mm shall be flat and 20 mm shall be tapered in 45 degree on the inner side to form top and bottom rail and 115 mm wide PVC sheet out of which 75 mm shall be flat and 20 mm shall be tapered on both sides to form lock rail. Top, bottom and lock rails shall be provided both side of the panel. 10 mm (5 mm x 2 ) thick, 20 mm wide cross PVC sheet be provided as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail, paneling of 5 mm thick both side PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded/ sealed to the styles & rails with 7 mm (5 mm+2 mm) thick x 15 mm wide PVC sheet beading on inner side, and joined together with solvent cement adhesive. An additional 5 mm thick PVC strip of 20 mm width is to be stuck on the interior side of the 'C' Channel using PVC solvent adhesive etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, manufacturer's specification & drawing complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing factory made P.V.C. door frame of size 50x47 mm with a wall thickness of 5 mm, made out of extruded 5mm rigid PVC foam sheet, mitred at corners and joined with 2 Nos of 150 mm long brackets of 15x15 mm M.S. square tube, the vertical door frame profiles to be reinforced with 19x19 mm M.S. square tube of 19 gauge, EPDM rubber gasket weather seal to be provided through out the frame. The door frame to be fixed to the wall using M.S. screws of 65/100 mm size, complete as per manufacturer’s specification and direction of Engineerin- Charge

Material and labour for fixing Rough cast wired glass 6mm thick and glazing with oil putty in square complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs factory made box type steel window , shop coated, glazed with sheet glass including cutting holes 04 Nos for each window for hold fasts PCC bed block of size in150 x 230 x 75mm, PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for fixing hold fasts including necessary form work, complete all as shown in Drg No CERD/TD-485/2021 sheet No 1/5 to 5/5Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (i) Glass panes, wire mesh & painting shall be measured & paid separately under respective items of BOQ. (ii) Hold fasts 150mm long made out of 25 x 6mm flat iron made to shpe - 04 Nos per window (Each side - 02 Nos)

Supply and fix in repairs factory made box type steel ventilators, primer coated, glazed with wired glass complete all as shown in Drg No CERD/TD-485/2021 sheet No 1/5 to 5/5Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (i) Glass panes, wire mesh & painting shall be measured & paid separately under respective items of BOQ. (ii) Hold fasts 150mm long made out of 25 x 6mm flat iron made to shpe - 04 Nos per window (Each side - 02 Nos)

Dismantling aluminium/ Gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material with in 50 metres lead as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of Armstrong Soft Fibre Acoustical Suspended Ceiling system with fine fisuured bevelled 600x600x16mm with suprafine 15mm grid with Armstrong 15mm Exposed Grid specified materials of size 595x595mm in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections (galvanized @ 120 grams / sqm, both side inclusive) consisting of main "T" runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and of size 24x38mm made from 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced at 1200mm center to center and cross "T" of size 24x25mm made of 0.30mm thick (minimum) sheet, 1200mm long spaced between main "T" at 600mm center to center to form a grid of 1200x600mm and secondary cross "T" of length 600mm and size 24x25mm of 0.30mm thick (minimum) sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200x600mm panel to form grids of 600x600mm and wall angle of size 24x24x0.3mm and laying false ceiling tiles of approved texture in the grid including required cutting/making, opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc Main "T" runners to be suspended from ceiling using GI slotted cleats of size 27x37x25x1.6mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5mm dia and 50mm long dash fasteners, 4mm GI adjustable rods with galvanised butterfly level clips of size 85x30x0.8mm spaced at 1200mm center to center along main T, bottom exposed width of 24mm of all T-sections shall be pre-painted with polyster paint, all complete for all heights as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Mixing of base, hardner and filler components of NITOFLOOR EU5 / APCOFLOR ESD SL-high strength sel f smoothing Epoxy underley using slow speed drill and poured on prepared surface at 1.5mm DFT all as specified over copper strip grid work made out of using 25mm x 0.5mm thick copper strips forming one square metre grid jointly of surface by pasting suitable adhesive and connect the same to earthing point complete all as specified and directed

Providing and laying glazed wall tiles/Antiskid finish of size 600mm x 300mm in dado in different sizes (thicknessnot less than 8mm) conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in approved shade, including backing coat 15 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only . Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily.complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, assembling, lowering and fixing in vertical position in bldgs unplasticized PVC medium well screen (RMS) pipes with ribs, conforming to IS: 12818, including hire & labour charges, fittings & accessories etc. all complete, for all depths, as per direction of Engineer-in-charge 110 mm nominal size dia complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of exhaust fan and painting the same with one coat of spray painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade including cleaning of surface with detergent and replacing the damaged rubber reel, nuts and bolts with washers and safety pins, reinstalling the same as required including pasting soft stickers indicating MES No of 25 mm size of each letter complete all as specified and directed

Taking down carefully by unscrewing from boards/outlet boxes, fittings and fixtures such as switches, sockets, ceiling roses, lamp holders, brackets, ceiling fittings, bulk head fittings, tube light fittings and regulators complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down unserviceable distribution boards of any size with MCBOs/MCBs/MCCBs any type for taking schedule of credit complete all as specified and directed
