M&L preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coat of synthetic enameled paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of corrugated AC sheet in roof covering including ridges & 'J' or 'L' hook complete all as specified and directed.

S&F coloured galvalume profile sheet in roofing shall be with feed material manufactured from 0.50 mm (minimum) base metal thickness (BMT), minimum 550 MPa yield strength and shall confirm to physical specifications of ASTM-792 or equivalent. colour coated galvalume sheet shall have maximum pitch of 250 mm C/C and minimum 28 mm crest depth in length as per site requirement. The steel sheet shall be coated with hot dip metallic Aluminium Zinc alloy (55% Aluminiumm, 43.5% Zinc, 1.5% silicon) coating AZ 150 as 150 gm/Sq. mt total on both sides. The contractor shall submit manufacturer test certificates for the chemical and mechanical properties, confirming genuineness of materials including base metal thickness paint thickness and AZ 150 coating thickness must be submitted for approval to GE prior to the installation / fixing. The manufacturer of sheet should submit related documents for expected product service performance of pre painted metal sheet as per relevant ASTM/ IS. Manufacturer’s recommended installation methodology shall be adopted for installation of roofing including profiled sheet, capping, trims, flashings, gutter and all types of accessories considered for roofing. Fastener shall be used for fixing roofing system as per manufacturer’s recommendation. The painting shall be coloured baked enamel super durable polyester with silicon coating of film thickness of minimum 25 micron (including primer) on top and minimum 10 micron (including primer) on interior face. The paint shall be of shade as approved by GE. The sheet shall have wide pans with minimum 2 (TWO) small stiffening ribs for effective water shedding and special male/ female ends with full return legs on laps for purlin support and fixed with self-drilling screws as per manufacturers instructions completed all as specified and directed.” Note : Total thickness of sheet with BMT , AZ 150 coating and panting shall be minimum 0.575 mm thick. If 0.575 mm thickness sheet is not available in market then next higher thickness of sheet shall be applicable without any price adjustment.

S & F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S & fix framed work as indoors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rail, braces etc complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, Doors etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for sub main wiring with two runs of single core PVC FRLS IS-694 cable with unsheathed multi-stranded copper conductor of size 4 Sqmm and drawing through in concealed rigid non metallic PVC conduit pipe medium grade heavy duty in suitable size with all necessary fittings including one run of FRLS insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable of size 4 Sqmm as earth wire (green in colour) and connected to common earth dolly complete including taking down of old unserviceable sub main wiring complete all as specified and directed. Labour for re-fixing the aluminium strip in size all size including fixing accessories such as screws mounting on saddle type insulator on 1 Mtr apart interval each fixed on surface of roof / beam/ pillar etc all as site or laid in trenches including making state in position/ cutting / fixing complete all as specified and directed. (Note: The cost of insulators shall be paid separately against respective item).

M&L test point terminal block made out of gun metal or phosphorus bronze of size 75 mm x 75mm x 25mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos 8 mm dia 25 mm long hexagonal head screw complete all as specified and directed.

Labour for re-fixing the test point in all size / make mode including fixing accessories such as insulator / Screws/ including box as new in existed size / model complete all as specified and directed.

M&L earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to pole or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc as required of size 32 mm x 6 mm galvanised iron strip complete all as specified and directed.

Labour for re-fixing the GI strip in size all size including fixing accessories fixed on surface of roof / beam/ piller etc all as site or laid in trenches including making state in position/ cutting / fixing etc all complete as per directed.

M&L earthing complete with galvanised steel earth electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of earth electrode not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron strip 32 x 6 mm as earth lead by means of bolt, check nuts & washer of GI or steel connected to earth test point including earth strip from earth electrode to test point, Gl pipe 40 mm dia light grade as protection pipe and 20mm dia GI pipe light grade for watering pipe of required length including charcoal dust, common, salt, excavation and earth work, earth pit with PCC 1:3:6 type C 1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, precast RCC cover 40mm thickness reinforced with 03 Nos TMT bars, 8 mm dia, both ways, funnel with wire mesh, and connecting the earthing to an earting test point of main panel board and testing and rest as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part -I including taking out old earthing material, complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Earthing strip and protection pipe upto 7.5 meter length shall be deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate. Earthing strip beyond 7.5 metre shall be measured and paid for separately).
