M & L for gunniting exposed concrete surfaces of beam, column and slabs with one layer of conplast spray set modified concrete in proportion (50Kg cement 3 to 6mm granite chips 75 kg zonal sand 75 kg and complast 2% by weight of cement water to the following locations :-

(a) 40 mm thick in columns

(b) 30 mm thick in beams

S&F hard drawn steel wire fabric cut to length bent to shape required and tying with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia not exc. 4 Kg/sqm.

Bonding the entire exposed surface with one coat of fosroc Nitop bond SBR as per manufacturer insltructions over whire fabric and surfaces of concrete structure

M&L Rendering 5 mm thick cement plaster on ceiling in CM 1:3 mixed with 3% integral water proofing compound finished to even & smooth w/o using extra cement. Note :- Integral water proofing liquid will be measured and paid seperately.

M&L Rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster on concrete solid block walls in two coats first coat of 10 mm in CM 1:4 & 2nd coat of 5mm in CM 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing compound finished to even & smooth w/o using extra cement. Note :- Integral water proofing liquid will be measured and paid seperately.

Supply only water proofing compound

M&L rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on concrete solid block wall internal surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

M & L for removing the spalled concrete upto the sound core level and clean reinforcement with wire brush to remove loose scales, cleaning of the surface with wire brush and plenty of water so as to remove the loose particles, dust, laitance etc, remove the rust by using rust remover of approved make .Apply passivator coat using zinc primer of approved make on reinforcement bars. Apply bond coat using "Epoxy bonding agent" on entire surface, when bond coat becomes tacky apply repair mortar (mortar to be prepared by adding 20% Dr. Fixit Pidicrete MPB or equivalent to 1:3 cement sand mortar) at a thickness upto 15mm and subsequently built up the required thickness in subsequent layers of 15mm and finishing the final layer even and smooth as per manufacturers instruction and as directed.

Taking down cement plastering at any description on brick or stone wall etc including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and removal of debries and depositing where directed.

M&L Preparing new plastered wall surfaces and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over chalk whiting, on plastered surfaces, preparatory to distempering, after applying 3mm thick wall care putty on wall

Preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying two coats of OBD with suitable primer after applying 3mm thick wall care putty on ceiling

Dismantling/Taking out existing hessain base felt of any other existing water proofing treatment from roof including cement plaster and exposing the top surface of RCC slab including removing dust, dirt and washing the roof and removing the dismantled debris to a distance exceeding 200 m but not exceeding 3000m spread and levelled as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for surface preparation by using modified mortar using Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP 10% by weight of cement of M/s Pidilite Industries Ltd in the ratio of 1:3:5. For Visible cracks not giving hollow sounds need to be directly treated by creating a "V" groove (5 X 5 mm), cleaning the groove with water jet and finally sealing it with a Non-shrink repair mortar. M&L for applying the primer Dr. Fixit Primeseal as specified maintaining 2:1 dilution ratio. The substrate during application of primer to be in SSD condition. Providing & Applying microfiber reinforced acrylic based flexible waterproofing coating Dr. Fixit Newcoat of M/s Pidilite Industries Ltd having properties - Elongation at Break, 80 %, tensile Strength, 1.2 n/mm2, adhesion Strength, 1 n/mm2. Apply 1st coat of Dr. Fixit Newcoat at the rate of 2 sq. mt. per litre, Apply second & third coat of Dr. Fixit Newcoat with the same application coverage to achieve DFT of 1 mm. Drying time between coats will be 6 to 8 hrs. Air cure the coating for 7 days, before water pound test. The System comes with 7 year waterproofing warranty from Pidilite Industries . M&L Dismantling Single layer Mangalore pattern or similar tiles in roofing embedded in cement mortar as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Laying of Mangalore tiles and Providing and making mortar battens with 1:3 cement sand mortar followed by laying Mangalore tiles after 7 days curing of mortar battens including fixing of ridge tiles with 1:5 cement sand mortar

Providing & applying Dr Fixit Roofseal, cold applied bituminous waterproofing coating of M/s Pidilite Industries Ltd including sprinkling of coarse sand when the surface is tacky dry Make : M/s Pidilite Industries Ltd or Equivalent in Sika/ STP Ltd.

M&L for applying evenly & priming with oil bound bituminius primer at 0.4Ltr per sqm for water proofing treatment

M&L for APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3Kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by forced application completed all as specified.

M&L for Surface Preparation, Cleaning the surface, removing the laitance, greese, old paints, contaminants, moss etc. with wire brush / high preesure jet. Damaged or loose plaster to be replaced & repaired with polymer modified cement-sand mortar with Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP. Small cracks upto 5mm needs to be repaired with crack filling material Dr. Fixit Crack X and the cracks above 5mm shall be repaired by polymer modified mortar with Pidicrete URP.
