Hot oil circulation:
Charges for complete Draining the oil from main tank to Empty Barrel
Charges for flush out the core and winding through the inspection Manual at 68’ C by using new oil and remove the inner sediment .
Charges for Dismantling Equilaizer pipe Line, HV and LV Bushings,CT Terruts, Inspection Manuals and Conservator Tank and Complete removing the worn out gasket and re erected excluding cork gasket by using Hydra Crane. (Except Top cover)
Charges for filling the new Transformer oil to main tank through Filter unit.
Charges for Top Cover Lifting and Replaced Worn Out Gasket and Re– erected the same
Charges for Hot oil circulation of Transformer Main tank and under vaccum drying whenever applicable/ necessary to the required level and circulation of oil till satisfactory results are obtained before commissioning as directed by the field engineer.
Rent and Maintenance charges for Filter Unit
Charges for Draing of oil from OLTC chamber,OLTC Top cover removing and lifting in the diverter switch by using crane, Dismantling the diverter switch parts,cleaning, inspection of fixied,moving contacts,checking condition of transition resistance assembly. Reassembly of removed parts put back diverter switch in position with crane. Replacement of OLTC Chamber covers ‘O’ Ring and refilling OLTC filtered New oil through filter.
Transport charges for filter unit.
