Dewatering/De-silting of sludge from inside portion of Clarifier No. 04 with the help of 30 HP & 10 HP sludge pump sets. Work including lowering of pump sets by making special lifting / lowering arrangement on the center of clarifier bridge. Removing & taken out the mud/ malba/ earth from the clarifier central pit by using buckets/ phawarah etc. as required by manual labour and removing of plastic/ floating material & heavy sand deposited at bottom up to the height of 6’’ to 9’’ by manual labours and disposal of the same as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Work also includes laying of temporary electrical cables and installation of Electrical starters for operation of pumping sets and making of electrical connection from electrical source available at Filter House and taken out the pumping sets with all accessories and old material from the clarifier after completion of work and disconnecting the electric supply from the source.

Dismantling of old damaged paddles, scrapers, pit scrapers, vertical bridge arm for outside flocculator zone and inside flocculator zone, bridge arm, flocculator arm etc. as required & dismantling of base of bridge from the base frame to turn table mechanism and lifting of the bridge with the help of mechanical jacks with proper support and holding the bridge with statically balanced support this include the loading, unloading cost of packing and hiring of lifting arrangement to carry out the work, material, wooden square, T&P etc. (also making the by welding to make strong thrust support by welding process with deploying technical staff / labour, T&P tool and tackles after complete the work as per site requirement.

Repairing of main bridge structure by providing/fixing of MS Plate of size 300 mm width, 12 mm thick, length 54 metre and replacement of ISMC Channel 150x75 and M.S. Angle of size 65x65x6 & 50x50x6 as required damaged angle.

Overhauling/service of turn table parts bearing housing, bottom pieces, middle pieces & top bevel gear with pinion shaft & changing of bearings as required by side with the help of heavy labour and technical supervisor & technical staff etc. with complete tools & tackles etc. as required by job

Renovation/fabrication of flocculator drum made out of MS Sheet 6 mm thick, MS Channel, MS Angle bending in required shape strictly as per existing design/site requirement. The job including fixing of same as per site requirement in all respect.

Fabrication / Supply of Centre Cage of flocculator drum of MS angle size 90 x 90 x 8 MM Thick and 65 x 65 x 8 MM Thick, MS Plate 10 MM Thick as per site requirement with nut bolt etc.. The job including fixing of same as per site requirement in all respect.

Fabrication / Supply of Flocculator Arms attached with MS flocculator drum made out of M.S Angle of size 65x65x6mm, 50x50x6mm, and M.S Plate of 10 mm thick as per existing design and site requirement with welding, nut-bolts etc.

Fabrication / Supply of Scraper Arms inside of flocculator zone attached with centre cage made out of M.S Angle of size 65x65x6mm, 50x50x6mm, and M.S Plate of 10 mm thick as per existing design and site requirement with welding, nut-bolts etc.

Digging work nearby bridge path by JC & manual labour to make trace of cable used for drive of clarifier at the depth of approximate 20 metre depth & also replacement of cable of aluminium and also fixing of MS pipe, MS bend etc. as required by job & also replacement of aluminium armoured cable of size 16 mm sq. x 4 core length approximate 100 mtr. & after fixing of cable is to be connection with slipring & other electric connection.

Supply of M.S. Scrappers.

Fabrication / Supply of Pit Scrappers made out of MS sheet 6 mm thick bending at 90-degree angle and also bending in curve shape as per existing design & MS Flat along with full length & drilling at regular interval Fixing with nut bolts etc. as per sample.

Fixing of all fabricated items like centre cage, flocculator arms, main bridge arm, scraper arm, flocculator drum, main bridge, pedal & scraper in proper way & also making proper balancing of arm with adjustable tie bolt etc as per site requirement.

Complete Painting with anti-corrosive paint and primer of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade two or more coats. Make: - Asian

Connection to electrical motors & trial run of complete clarifier on no load condition for one day & on load condition 3 days (Day & night shift)
