Dismantling of Wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Anodised aluminium snap grid size 605 X 605 mm frame work for false ceiling including for Hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long duly provided with 6 mm thick high pressure, oceanic pre-primed, self embossed, non asbestos fibre cement decorative board, water, termite and fire resistant for insulation and acoustic purpose fixed or laid/ inserted to timber/GI/Aluminium framework with screws complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Cement concrete type B1- 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) in sub base finishing cement concrete surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Non - skid Ceramic or coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry over and including 15 mm screed bed in CM (1:6) and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non-skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm(300x300x7mm),over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 on floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surfaces of size 450X350X7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement as in vertical surfaces such as dado/skirting and facea of side bldg over & including 10mm thick rendering in CM(1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in Cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar in 1:4 complete all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick internal wall on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement Mortar in 1:6 and finished even and smooth (without using extra cement)complete all as specified and directed.
