Dismantling of posts or struts of RCC/ steel any section incl taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed portion, including removal from site complete all as specified and directed

Taking down and refixing existing RCC slab of any size over drain or fallen inside of drain complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description in any position complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cleaning of drain by excavating and removing of settled earth/ mud or othr material such as vegetation growth or any material in drain duly getting out and removing same to a distance 1.50 Km in and including making necessary / alternate arrangement for diversion of flowing water complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillar etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks of class designation 7.5 all as per IS-1077-1992 (minimum compressive strength of brick 75 kg / Sqcm) old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified & directed.

All as per serial item No 6 herein before but except bricks (using old serviceable bricks)

Material and labour for 15mm thick cement plaster rendering in Cement and Sand mortar 1:6 over brick or concrete surfaces finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in bed to drains, mass concrete and other similar items as per site requirement complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete type C-1, 1:3:6 using (20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in post holes, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, coping, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, and the like including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 100mm thick factory made perforated cement concrete cover slabs for drain type B-1 (1:2:4) using 20mm graded stone aggregate with 2mm thick MS frame with required width and necessary reinforement and set setting cement mortar (1:4) over drain complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : The rate quoted against this item shall inclusive of steel reinforcement, Ms Frame, RCC ring / frame comlete.

Supply and fixing in patches or small stretched, machine pressed factory made precast concrete interlocking paver block grey or coloured as per site requirement, with grey cement and matching pigment, design as approved, any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 40 mm thickness, M-35 Grade, on and including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4, fixed as in repair including removal of debris upto a distance of 1.50 Km complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing factory made Machine pressed concrete interlocking paver block (grey or coloured as per site requirement), with grey cement and pigment, design as approved, any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade, on and inlcuding 25mm thick (average thickess) sand cushioning, joints filled with sand, fixed as in repair including removal of debris upto a distance of 1.50 Km complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing factory made Machine pressed concrete interlocking paver block (grey or coloured as per site requirement), with grey cement and pigment, design as approved, any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 40 mm thickness, M-35 Grade, on and including 25mm thick sand cushioning and joints filled with sand, fixed as in repair including removal of debris upto a distance of 1.50 Km complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing factory made Machine pressed concrete interlocking paver block (grey or coloured as per site requirement), with grey cement and pigment, design as approved, any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness, M-40 Grade, with and inlcuding 40mm thick (average thickess) sand cushioning, joints filled with sand, in small patches as per site requirement, fixed as in repair including removal of debris upto a distance of 1.50 Km complete all as specified and directed

Supply and Fixing mild steel work as in iron post / posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc, flat iron fillets including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc including dismantling same any descriptin in any position and any location and similar work conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde.E-250)quality-A or Fe 290 (Gde -E-165) complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only in repair chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc in and including clearing/cutting vegetable growth, bushes, small plants etc upto 900mm on each side of fence in any location and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link fencing of 3.00 mm dia galvanized steel wire, size of mesh as approved complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Fixing included under item No 17 here-in-before. (ii) Unit weight (weight per sqm) of chain link fencing shall be derived as per site through a BOO appointed by GE in presence of Contractor's authorised rep and shall be kept in record.

Supply and fixing mild steel screw bolt (machine made) with hexagonal at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal n.exc 5cm long, diameter of shank 5 to 10mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia, for horizontal tie bars for fencing post etc including necessary welding with 50mm overlapping complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing galvanized, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line of wire to be measured), in and including taking out existing wires and clearing / cutting vegetable growth, bushes, small plants etc upto 900mm on each side of fence in any location and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enameled paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified & directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) in any type soil, each not exc 0.5 Cum, getting out and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 Mtr and making good surface complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.
