Demolishing brick tile covering in terracing including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead. (HSR 5.14)

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead). (HSR 5.45)

10 cm thick (average) mud phaska of damped brick earth on roofs laid to slope consolidated and plastered with 25 mm thick mud mortar mixed with bhusa @ 35 kg per cum of earth and gobri leaping with mix 1: 1 (1 clay : 1 cow dung) and covered with flat tile bricks, grouted with cement mortar 1: 3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand) mixed with 2% of integral water proofing compound by weight of cement and finished neat: With common burnt clay non-modular brick tile of class designation 10 (Based on HSR 9.11.1) Note:- Excluding the element of mud and brick tiles:- Mud and brick tiles of recovered from demonisation shall be supplied free of cost to agency for re-used.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having voe content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer's specification. Two or more coats on new work (HSR 11.65.1)

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface: Water thinnable cement primer (HSR 11.67.1)

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 litre/1 O sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) (HSR 11.95.1)

Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS : 2202 (Part I) non-decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched commercial 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters: 35 mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws (HSR 12.37.1)

Providing and fixing water closet squatting pan (Indian type W.C. pan ) with 100 mm sand cast Iron P or S trap, 10 litre low level white P.V.C. flushing cistern, including flush pipe, with manually controlled device (handle lever) conforming to IS : 7231, with all fittings and fixtures complete, including cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required: White vitreous chinaware Orissa pattern W.C. pan of size 580x440 mm with integral type foot rests (HSR 22.22.1)

Providing and fixing P.V.C. low level flushing cistern with manually controlled device (handle lever) conforming to IS : 7231, with all fittings and fixtures complete. 10 litre capacity - White (HSR 22.39.1)

Providing and fixing C.P. brass bib cock of approved quality conforming to IS:8931 15 mm nominal bore (HSR 22.104.1)

Providing and fixing C.P. brass long body bib cock of approved quality conforming to IS standards and weighing not less than 690 gms. 15 mm nominal bore (HSR 22.106.1)

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete (HSR 30.21)

Scraping of brick tiles of size 22.86cm x 11.43cm x 3.81cm in cement mortar, complete in all respect as directed by Engineer-In-charge. (NS)
