Earth work by power Transport for a lead of upto 1km. including Excavation Loading, Unloading, Stacking & manual compaction and dressing including all lift shall be applicable for lead beyond 630M and upto 1km, excluding Royalty cum as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and as per I.D. specification.

Providing and laying Neelgiri/Mexican grass turf with earth 50mm to 60mm thickness of existing ground prepared with proper level and ramming with required tools wooden (Dhurmos) and than rolling the surface with light roller make the surface smoothen and light, watering with sprinkler and maintenance for 30 days or more till the grass establish properly as per direction of officer-in-charge.

Brick edging 7cm wide 11.4 cm deep to plinth protection with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 including grouting RM with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

Providing and laying 60 mm thick faciory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dry Earthwork in excavation for foundation of Masonary work on channels of discharge above 10 Cumecs including lead upto 30 m & lift upto 1.5 m and its disposal as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and as per I.D. specification.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering: 1:3:6 (1 Cement: 3 coarse sand (zone-III): 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and as per I.D. specification.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for PCC/RCC Work as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and as per I.D. specification,

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement: 1:1.5:3 (1 Cement: 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and as per I.D. specification.
