GYPSUM FALSE CEILING
Providing and fixing suspended false ceiling consisting of 12.5mm thick Gypsum plaster board suspended on GI framework.GI framework to consist of GI perimeter channels 0.55mm thick 20mm x 30mm along perimeter of false ceiling of ceiling, screw fixed to wall/partition with nylon sleeves and screws @ 600mm c/c. Suspending GI intermediate channels of size 0.9mm thick 45mm x 15mm from the soffit at max dist 1220mm c/c with ceiling angle 0.55mm thick 25mm x 10mm fixed to soffit using proprietary supplied GI cleats and steel expansion fasteners. Boards to be finished with proprietary supplied jointing tape and jointing compound and sand papered to achieve a smooth and seamless finish. .Rate quoted to include all cut-outs required for light fixtures, smoke detectors and other services cut-outs complete as directed by Architect.

Providing and fixing of cove verticals with Same as above specifications for gypsum ceiling verticals for cove lighting design.
ACOUSTICAL WOODEN FALSE CEILING
Providing and fixing of wooden false wing made out of 50x25 mm 1.5 mm the box section grid 600mm c/c vertically and horizontally, cladded with 12 mm the ply and 3.5mm thick veneer and finished with 2 coats of melamine polish all as shown in the drawing.
ACOUSTICAL WOODEN FALSE CEILING COVE VERTICAL
Providing and fixing of cove verticals with Same as above specifications for acoustical wooden ceiling cove verticals.
STORAGE
Supply and fixing storage unit of 600mm deep made out of 18mm plywood with 3.5mm thick veneer of approved shade, unit shall have open able shutters with 2 shelve , 2 pull out drawers and all exposed edges to have teak wood molded beading, to surface finish with melamine polish, all internal surface with 0.8mm the laminate and all hardware fittings in S/S finish complete.
GLASS WRITING BOARD
Providing and fixing of 5 mm the white Lacquered Glass writing board with CNC edge polishing fixing wit GP silicon and 3m tape.saintgobain/ equivalent.
