Supply of 12.0 / 12.50 meter High mast lighting system with its accessories. Mast shaft shall be in two sections with steel material confirming to BSEN 10025 and material shall be high tensile steel, grade S355, hot dip galvanised confirming to BSEN ISO 1461 and suitable for wind velocity as per IS 875. It shall also include accessories for high mast including head frame, 2 continues steel wire rope 6 mm dia (7/19 construction), trailing cable, double drum winch, Galvanised Lantern carriage arrangement suitable for up to 9 luminaires symmetrically & its control gear( Make of Gear Box : New Allen Berry works / Chandra Gear / Elecon Engineering / Shanti Engineering) boxes and lightning finial. The mast shall have an integral power tool installed inside the base compartment for its operation along with Supply & Fixing of Cu Cable of Power Tool motor, Wiring for Luminaries, Anchor Plate, Foundation Bolt, Nut, Washer, and common Template all complete. SUPPLY OF 200W LED FLOOD LIGHT FITTINGS

Fixing only Floodlight fittings on top of masonary structure by 3 Nos. 10 mm dia x 87 mm long rag bolts, nuts & double washers complete either 37 mm x 10 mm MS flat support/or by other means as required

Supply and drawing of 7/14 SWG galvanised stranded wire for drawing unarmored cable (supply of cable is not included in the scope) by catenary system of wiring with 3nos. reel insulator per mtr. and binding with binding wires etc,as reqd. for drawing
