S&F in repairs to head board duly finished with teak face ply consisting of 60x30x260mm vertical size and 30x60x400mm horizontal including legs of size 60x60mm in section at top and legnth 400mm from bottom of leg and 30x30mm in section at bottom complete including removal of damaged head board comlete all as specifed on drawing or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repaires to foot board duly finished with teak face ply consisting of 22x75mm in section hard wood battens 3 nos at eaqual sapce joining top and bottom horizontal rails of foot board. The top and bottom horizontal rails of size 30x60mm shall be Ist quality of hard wood. The vertical legs above horizontal rails shall be 30x60mm complete all as specified on drawing or directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L tightening of bed ply top with 'L' Bracket made out of MS Steel as to make functional and stable of bed ply top as specified and directed

M&L preparation of wooden surfaces by cleaning scrapping by electric grinder and smoothing of surfaces with sand paper and applying one coat of French polish on the wooden surfaces of Bed Ply wooden complete all as specified on drawing or as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Bin Multipurpose (FD/E6/MAP/09) Supply and fix after removing following old and unserviceable Part/ Components of Bin Soiled Linen and new parts/ Components of same shape and size, as per existing pattern with glue, bamboo, pins ,screw etc, including tightening of joints. as shown in drawing complete all as specified and directed. Removing of unserviceable part of teapoy wooden and S&F new part made out of 1st class hard wood duly shaped as shown in the drg and fixing with other member by means of Fevicol and bamboo pins to make serviceable the item of teapoy wooden leg of size 540mm x 60mm x 30mm.

All as per item No 26.01 above but side short rail of size 450mm x 50mm x 20mm

All as per item No 26.01 above but long side rail of size 600mm x 50mm x 20mm

All as per item No 26.01 above but ‘L’ type bracket of hard wood of size 75mm x 75mm x 20mm fixed with screws.

All as per item No 26.01 above but Top of teapoy wooden of size 450mm x 600mm x 18mm thick with one side pre-laminated particle board ISI marked with teak wood beading alround.

Removing of unserviceable short rail of Trestle wooden and S&F in repairs to Ist quality hard wood short rail as per existing size of Trestle wooden all as specified on drawing or as directred by Engr-in-Charge

Removing of unserviceable stiffener of Trestle wooden and S&F in repairs to Ist quality hard wood stiffener as per existing size of Trestle wooden all as specified on drawing or as directred by Engr-in-Charge

M&L preparation of wooden surfaces by cleaning scrapping by electric grinder and smoothing of surfaces with sand paper and applying one coat of synthetic enamelled paint black/OG on the wooden surfaces of Trestle wooden all as specified on drawing or as directred by Engr-in-Charge

TV Trolly (FD/E6/MAP/04)

Replacement of 5.5mm thick plain glass openable glass shutters with magnetic catch and stainless steel pad fitting for glass. All as per drg as directed.

All as per item No 28.01 above but replacement of top of TV trolly with 18mm thick pre-laminated particle board ISI marked of approved shade with 50 x 50mm moulded teak wood beading on 3 sides to shape to be provided all as per drg and as directed.

All as per item No 28.01 above but replacement of swivel type nylon castors all as per drg and as directed.

All as per item No 28.01 above but replacement of both sides of TV trolly with 18mm thick pre-laminated particle board ISI marked of approved to shape to be provided all as per drg and as directed.
