Sofa Set 5 seater/ 4seater/ 2seater & Single seater FD-281/1113 :- Repair to sofa sets including dismantling of old broken parts and replacing with new teak wood parts as mentioned below, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge/GE.

Supply and fixing of long rail as per Drg all as per specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of short rail as per Drg all as per specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of front legs as per Drg all as per specified and as directed.

Supply and replacement of cushion 100mm thick & 40 density, duly covered with tapestry cloth of superior quality as approved by GE. Cost of tapestry shall not be less than Rs. 250/- per mtr, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge/GE.

Chair Verandah (FD-256) :- Recanning of chair verandah with 4 mm wide half round cane plastic, cane shall be of premier brand. PVC shoes of superior quality having steel washer fitted at bottom shall be provided to the legs of chairs including painting with two coat of white paint, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge/GE.

Welding of joints for frame of Chair Verandah all as per specified and as directed.

Chair Writing (FD/E6/MAP/12) :- Provide material and labour for repair/ replacement of 12 mm hot pressed ply wood,foam cushion 50 mm with 32 density,hand rest made of black integral skin polyurethane hardness reinforced with MS flat and tapestry cloth of superior quality of Chair writing MAP as approved by GE, rest all as per drg, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge/GE.

Welding of joints for frame of Chair Writing all as per specified and as directed.

Repair to Chair revolving( all type) with arms with cushion seat & back (TP):- (a) Taking out UNSV seat and back of chair revolving, supplying and fixing of new seat and back with 50 mm foam cushion for seat & 50 mm foam cushion for back covered with tapestry/leather cloth as approved by GE, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge/GE.

Replacement of UNSV coaster wheels of chair revolving as per Drg.

Replacement/supply of hydraulic system, bolt and adjustable screw ,of hyd system etc as per Drg.

Chair wooden bottom FD-285 & FD-225 :- Repair to chair wooden bottom including dismantling of old parts and replace with new parts of teak wood as mentioned below and setting right all other existing parts, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge/GE. Note: New parts as mentioned herein after shall be measured and paid separately as supply.

Supply and fixing of plywood 6mm thick for seat of chair duly perforated all as per specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of rails for chair as per drg all as per specified and as directed.

Stool dressing FD/E6/MAP/14:- Repair to stool dressing including dismantling of old broken parts and replace with new teak wood parts as mentioned below. Seat cushions shall be replaced with new foam cushions 75 mm thick 40 density Make :- Kurlon/Sleepwell duly covered with velvet cloth of superior quality fixed with 12 mm BWR grade plywood as approved by GE , cost shall not be less than Rs. 150/- per mtr, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge/GE.

Peg Table FD-235 / FD/MAP/11 Repair to Peg table including dismantling of old broken parts and fixing with new parts as mentioned below. Peg table shall be teak wood rails and legs, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge/GE.

Supply and fixing of new top made out of pre-laminated particle board 18mm thick exterior grade one side teak face other side balancing white all as per specified and as directed.

One coat of lacker polish shall also be provided to get proper glow and shine in the furniture after providing 2 coats of French polish, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge/GE.
