Labour charges for Pulling of Existing ICT from plinth to safer side as directed by the Field Engineer (249MTx60Mts)

Labour Charges for loading /unloading of power transformer oil barrel with new/ released oil from store to site or vice versa as directed by the Field Engineer.

Labour charges for erection of ICT with out using Board crane wherever applicable including gasket changing for H.V. & L.V. Bushings ,Radiator valve, Conservator Valve, equalizer Pipe Valve, Bucholz Valve, etc. as directed by Field Engineer ( Gasket to be supplied by board)

Labour charges for Applying vacuum in the Auto transformer including vaccum kit etc. at SS and filling of Nitrogen upto required pressure for Transporting Purpose as directed by the Field Engineer.(N2 gas to be supplied by contractor.)

Labour charges for filling of the transformer oil from oil barrel to Spare tank for Hot oil circulation

Labour charges for one finish coating of aluminium painting works with spray gun for transformer complete including T&P etc. and painting of valves, bushings with red, yellow, blue and black paint including cost of paint of reputed make company viz Asian, Berger etc., and Consumables as directed by the field engineer

Labour charges for rewinding of cooling fan motors including cost of bearings, terminal blocks, terminal cover including testing of fan motors for healthyness and refixing the repaired motors in its place (ie) on radiators (if necessary) as directed by the Field Engineer.

Labour charges for rewinding of cooling pump motors including cost of bearings, terminal blocks, terminal cover including testing of pump motors for healthyness and re-erection the repaired motors in its place ie) on headers (if necessary) as directed by the Field Engineer.

Labour for dismantling of Top Cover with gaskets including OLTC cover and Replacement of Top cover gaskets, OLTC gaskets, Radiator, Butterfly valve inner Gaskets and all other gaskets, which are not normally covered under dismantling and re-erection, gaskets changing and refitting of top cover and OLTC cover plate & all other dismantled accessories and complete tightening works as directed by the Field Engineer. All the required Gaskets of RC 70C grade and governed by IS 4253 to be supplied by Contractor.

Labour Charges for Overhauling of Transformer OLTC mechanism including cleaning and replacing of defective spares and gaskets etc. as directed by the Field Engineer.(Gasket & Spares will be supplied by TANTRANSCO)

Supply & erection of 1 no. Winding temperature indicator with four control switch

Supply and Erection of Magetic Oil Gauage dial with minimum,maximum and normal (at 30C) marking and pointer and low oil level contact of 0.5 Amps , 110/30 V DC rating.
