REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT WORK OF WORNOUT SHELL OF STEEL MOLASSES TANK

Structural steel work in riveted , bolted or welded in built up sections , trusses and framed work including cutting hoisting fixing in position and aoolying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Dismantling of grid, trusses & other steel work including stacking of dismantled materials and T&P as directed by engineer-in-charge within a distance of 60miter.

Aluminium painting two coats on iron works on outer surface of steel molasses tank including supply of all materials labour & T&P required for proper completion of the work. (The paint to be used should confirm to I.S.I. 103-1950)

Finishing with Epoxy paint(two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer specifications including appropriate priming coat preparation of surface, etc complete.

Removing old paint by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc.complete

Miled Steel or iron work of heavy size such as trusses, build up gates, record racks, roof work,gate etc. Wrought to required from including one coat of priming work drilling holes rivetting or welding where necessary and their fixing required for proper completion of the work. Excluding the cost of steel.
