Supply of 42 feet high movable aluminum ladder in three folds with following specifaction Aluminium Extension tilt able Tower ladder. Sides: Aluminum chanel 'C' shaped section 75x35x3.6mm (and upper corner thickness is 6.8) Steps: Aluminum 26mm square corrugated tube as per IS: 733-1983 temper T-6. Cross: In aluminum ladder will be of aluminum /M.S. Platform size: 24''x24'' will be 3 Ft. below from the top. Trolley: Heavy Duty made of MS channel 125x62mm and angle 50x50x5mm Ttolley size: 8 Ft x5 Ft. Tilting: Tilting height 9 Ft Winch: 2 Nos. Heavy Duty Hand operated winch gear system will be provided One: To extend and lower the ledder Second: To tiled the ledder. Rope: 8 mm Double steel wire rope tested used. Clamp: 2 fix 2 revoiving of size 12''x3'' (screw brake in two fix wheel) Jack: 4 No. Extended screw jack for better stability. Maruti wheels for easy movement for Trolley. tyre size 145/70 R12 Additional Support: On both sides of ladder by 5mm steel wire rope from top to Trolley will provided. Closed Height : 18 Ft Extension Height : 40 Ft. Platform Height : 37 Ft. Working Height : 42 Ft. Ledder will be in three fold Approxiate Weight- 400 kg. +5%
