Providing and placing in position of plain cement concrete M10 grade using graded hard blue granite broken stone jelly of 40mm size with M.sand mixing with mixer machine including the cost of bailling / pumping wherever necessary laying the concrete in layers of not exceeding 15cm thick, compacting, consolidation finishing, watering, curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and placing in position of plain cement concrete M15-60-40 grade using graded hard blue granite broken stone jelly of 40% of 20mm and 60% of 40mm size with M.sand mixing with mixer machine including the cost of bailling / pumping wherever necessary laying the concrete in layers of not exceeding 15cm thick, compacting, consolidation finishing, watering, curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying in position, standardised concrete Mix M-20 Grade by insitu machine mix concrete adopting weighing bacth method in accordance with IS 456 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 325 kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55, including admixture (plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5 cu.m.) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m.) 5156 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m) 7670 kg. of sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc.

Supplying, fabricating & placing in position of RIBBED TOR STEEL ISI standard for all concrete works including cost of steel and binding wire and labour charges for decoiling, cutting, bending and tying etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental Engineer.( The bidder shall make his own arrangements for the procurement of ISI standard steel required for the work to work site as per G.O MS No. 303/ Public works (R1) Department/ Dated 26-05-1998 and got tested before use on the work)

Fabricating, Supplying and erection of Screw gearing steel shutters of size above 1.00 m and upto 2.00m width consist of skin plate made out of 8mm thick mild steel plate and horizontally stiffened with 100x50mm mild steel channel at an interval not more than 0.50m and vertical stiffeners made out of same section at an interval not more than 0.60m and provided with 8mm thick mild steel gusset plate of required size on both sides fastened with rust free bolts and nuts etc. Conveying the fabricated shutter by using lorries including loading, unloading and leading the shutter to the vent. Dismantling the eroded shutter and shuttering arrangements by using necessary gas cutting equipment. Erecting the new shutter and the shuttering arrangements in the vent in proper position by using necessary hoisting equipment. The shutter shall be painted with two coats of Anticorrosive black paint over one coat of Red Oxide Primer. The rate including cost of materials consumables, labours power charges, conveyance charges for all equipment required conveying the dismantled materials to the section stores, cost of petty civil works, trial operation of shutter and warranty for 5 years etc.,complete.
