   For item no. 1 & 2 : (a) Tenderers must have successfully executed the tendered item (Supply, Installation, testing & commissioning of Dynamic Balancing machine of Capacity 3000 Kgs and above) at least one number to Southern Railway/ Sister Railways/Railway Production Units/State Government/PSU during the last three financial years including current financial years up to the date of tender opening. b) for item no. 03: Tenderers must have successfully executed the tendered item (Supply, Installation, testing & commissioning of Dynamic Balancing machine of Capacity 300 Kgs and above) at least one number to Southern Railway/ Sister Railways/Railway Production Units/State Government/PSU during the last three financial years including current financial years up to the date of tender opening. c) The performance report must be supported by copies of CRN, CRAC, Receipt Notes, Completion Certificates, or Supply and Installation Certificates issued by the consignee.

   (1) Preferably manufacturers should participate. In case of firms other than OEMs participating in the tender, they must submit tender specific Authorization from OEM or valid dealership certificate from OEM along with their offer failing which their offers will not be considered. (2) OEMs can authorize and give Tender Specific Authorization to its Agent / Dealers to quote on their behalf provided the vendor takes full responsibility for the quality of the material including warranty obligation.Please refer para 3.4 of Part-B of Southern Railway Tender Conditions attached with this tender

   EMD shall be 2% of the estimated tender value and shall be taken from all bidders for contract value above Rs. 25 Lakh subject to the applicable exemptions. For details please refer 2.0 Part A of Southern Railway Tender Conditions available under the mentioned link in the tender.

   Bidders are required to give clause wise comments for the Technical Specifications, Schedules attached, confirming compliance/Non compliance to details of deviations. Offers will not be considered in case of Non compliance of this condition.

Commercial-Compliance

   Submission of Security deposit before release of PO is only acceptable. Requests for deduction of Security deposit from firm's first bill or any other contract's running bill is not acceptable

   Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.

   Validity of offers: Offers should be valid for 90 days after closing date of tender. Any offer having lesser validity shall be deemed as commercially unresponsive and will be summarily rejected.
