Supply 'loop in' and 'loop out ' outdoor type cable junction box made of polycarbonate having suitable for entry & exit 4Cx25/3.5Cx35 Sqmm Sq.mm cable, size 300mm x 150mm x 170mm(LXBXH), Ingress protection IP66, UV resistanc,flame retardant,IK08,halogen free,weather proof, silica free suitable for entry & exit of 4Cx25 SQMM OF perimeter light pole installation etc complete as required.

Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 'loop in' and 'loop out' Thermoplastic /Polycarbonate cable Junction box size of size 300mm x 150mm x 170mm and secured with proper holding clamps, nuts, bolts on existing aluminium perimeter light pole at suitable height i/c inside the box supply & fixing suitable 4way x 100A stud type power Bakelite connector for termination of 4Cx25 Sq.mm Al cable, earth terminal,6A,10 KA, SP MCB(1 No.) mounting on din rail for installation with connection, alignment, tightening etc complete as required.

Supply and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 kV grade as required.

Dismantling of existing 'loop in' and 'loop out ' metallic cable junction box of Perimeter light pole including cable disconnection and handing over to AAI store in good condition within Airport Premises etc. complete as required.

Demolishing/Cutting cement foundation of old perimeter light pole by manually/ mechanical including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as directed by EIC.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade: New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

Excavation of soft soil around existing perimeter pole foundation upto depth of existing old power cable looping beneath the foundation including refilling with same soil to excavated portion and levelling the area nearby pole foundation after taking up the looped cable above the foundation top for jointing with new cable junction box.

Earthing with G.I pipe 4.5mm long x 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc with charcoal/coke and salt complete as required.

Providing and laying earth connections, from earth electrode with 6SWG dia, G.I wire in 15mm dia, G.I pipe from earth electrode as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire in ground minimum one ft. deep for loop earthing as required.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including form work etc complete as required.

Supply and fixing the suitable size steel fastener (two nos on each pole )on the base plate of exsting perimeter pole.

Installation, testing and commissioning of outdoor canopy type cubical panel for perimeter light feeder pillar. The feeder pillar shall be fixed on suitable MS mounting frame etc including civil work etc. complete as required.

Providing and Fixing 63 Amp. rating and 25 KA breaking capacity and 3 pole MCCB in existing 4 kw constant current regulator(CCR) cubicle panel including drilling holes in cubicle panel making connections etc. as required.

Providing and Fixing 125 Amp. rating and 25 KA breaking capacity and 3 pole MCCB in existing 30 kw contant current regulator(CCR) cubicle panel including drilling holes in cubicle panel making connections etc. as required.

Supply and making straight through joint with heat shrinkable kit including ferrules and other jointing materials for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV 4C x 25 Sq.mm grade as required.
