REPAIR REPLACEMENT OF STREET LIGHTS AREA LIGHTIING POLES UG CABLES AND CONNECTED WORKS AT MARGAO AND PONDA UNDER GE PANAJI GOA

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5metre wide and not exceeding 1.5metre in depth and getting out in hard/ dense soil for foundation of poles, stays, laying of cables, laying of pipe, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated surplus hard/ dense soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Laying DWC HDPE pipe of outer dia 50mm and inner dia 40mm polyethylene (PE) with smooth internal and profiled external surface for non-pressure for underground cable including bends complete all as specified and directed. Make: “Rex Polyextrusion Ltd” or equivalent make as approved by GE.

Supply and fix DWC HDPE coupler of dia 50mm complete all as specified and directed. Make: “Rex Polyextrusion Ltd” or equivalent make as approved by GE.

Supply and laying of PVC underground cable of 2core, 06sq.mm cross-sectional area, XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, including laying in trenches/ pipe/ flooring/ wall and pole or such similar position, connecting with suitable lugs and fixing arrangement with necessary clamps and cable glands etc. as required, testing and commissioning complete including removing the old damaged unserviceable cable all as specified and as directed.

Supply, fix and testing energy saving, environmental friendly, long life exclusive innovative die-cast aluminium IP-65 flood light LED 70 watt suitable for highlighting architectural façade and general purpose lighting including suitable arrangement hanging of the light on wall/ floor/ ceiling including taking down old unserviceable flood light fittings of any wattage in any location complete all as specified and as directed. Supply, fix and testing new generation, energy saving, gate light environmental friendly, decorative gate light made up of high grade unbreakable polycarbonate material suitable for retrofit LED lamp B22 base including taking down old light fittings of any capacity in any location complete all as specified and as directed. Make :- Havell’s Cat No LHFXBON1TN5Q014 or equivalent in Bajaj/ Philips including 9 Watt LED bulb of Havells Cat Part No NU Blub plus 9 W 865 B22 4 Star or equivalent in Bajaj/ Philips as approved by GE.

Supply, fix and testing new generation energy saving and environmental friendly long life LED 60 watts street light made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high power LED as lighting source and lens embedded PC cover having TOP opening separate drive comparment with IP-67 protection and impact resistance of IK-07 complete all as specified asn as directed. Make:- Havell’s Cat No ENDURAPEARLNEOSL60WLED757 PASYTOPC or equivalent in Philips, Bajaj as approved by GE.

Material and labour for bracket made out of GI pipe 32mm bore medium grade, 1.2metre long bent to shape fixed with MS flat iron clamps made out of 40mm x 6mm thick with clamps, nuts bolts etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, Erecting and fixing in repair Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (9.0 metres long) and providing 3 Nos of 30cm wide circular bands with black & yellow paint starting from plinth level at a gap of 30 cm in between 2 bands and numbering of poles, in yellow paint over black painted back ground at a height of 2m from bottom of pole with 5 cm large bold letters 2" wide, complete all as specified and directed. Note: - (i) The quoted rate includes staying the pole in a truly vertical position till the foundation is properly set. (ii) Excavation, foundation concrete, etc. will be measured separately under the appropriate items.

Supply and fixing of Automatic street light switch using Nature switch for automatic switching of street light based on LUX level on Nature light. The Infrared Sensor based Nature Switch along with lighting load of 5 – 8 KV, single phase with suitable power contractor (AC 1 ) and MCBs of suitable rating should be enclosed in pole/ wall mountable enclosure made of rust proof, termite proof and FR grade SMC junction box conforming to IP 54 fixed to pole by using MS clamps fabricated out of 25 mm x 3 mm thickness suitable to PCC/ Steel tubular poles, Bolts and nuts as required at site and connected to street light over head/ underground feeder by using suitable twin core aluminium conductor and testing all as specified and as directed.
