Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any guage, thickness including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantiling wall and ceilings boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness including cover fillets complete all as specifed and directed.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheets 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ claddig to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 3.00 above but except sheeting (any thickness) complete all as specifed and directed

M&L for GI frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of GI perimeter channel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30mm and web of 27mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9mm thick having two equal flanges of 15mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900mm centre to centre with GI cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 12mm thick medium density fibre board, exterior grade, fixed to timber frame work with secrews complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 16mm ARMSTRONG 595mm X 595mm Square hole Acoustic tiles over and including Armstrong microlook grid of SS 304 sections Treatement to ceiling with framing, wall angle complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantiling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for all as specified and directed

S&F joist, channel, angle or tee sectins, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc (cut to ordinary length i.e within 20mm of length indicated) confirming to Fe-410 W (Gde E-250) quality A complete all as specified and directed.

S&F rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates etc conforming to Fe 410 W (Gde E-250) quality-A complete all as specified and directed.

S&F plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes without any attachment confirmeing to Fe-410 W (Gde E-250) quality-A complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel screws bolts (machine made) with hexogonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexogonal or square nut exceeding 5 cm and not exceeding 10cm and dia of neck 11 to 15 mm size all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly prepared steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer all as specifed and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) exceeding 1.5 sqm but not exceeding 4.00 sqm in each complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47 mm made out of 5mm thick plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube, including hold fast fixing in wall supplying and fixing in opening as per requirement complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for factory made solid panel PVC door shuter 30 mm thick (Style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top and bottom rails, MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC sheet strip of 20mm width struck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail lock rail and bottom rail on either side and gap insert for top rail and bottom rail. Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fited in the MS frame welded /sealed to the stiles and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and jointed toghether with solvent cement and fixing in the frame at site as per requirement complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for butt hinges, medium weight cold rolled of stainless steel of size 100mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 150 mm long aluminium anodised barrel tower bolts of extruded section and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F extruded aluminium alloy handles, fabricated type anodised of 150mm size complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 4.8mm thick tinted sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty or aluminium frame in square n.exc 0.5 Sqm in each pane etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 16 mm thick square hole fultone fabritech acoustic tile of 1200 x 2400 mm on grid of GI sections treatment to wall with 50mm glass wool including GI framing/grid complete all as specfied and directed.
