REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF UNSERVICEABLE MS ROLLING SHUTTER (02 NOS) AND SLIDING SHUTTER (02 NOS) IN BSO YARD AT KHOJATOLI UNDER GE RANCHI

1. Taking down carefully the top cover of the rolling shutter from their existing location at shed No 1 & 4 (Furniture Yard) and Removing/Taking down the old damage Gear Box, M.S Spring, MS Pipe and replaced by new Gear Box, M.S Pipe, M.S spring etc and necessary connected repair wk as reqd from lath machine and fixed properly the new items like Gear Box, M.S Spring and M.S Pipe to their existing loc properly and application of grease/Mobil for over oiling etc to the reqd position for smooth functioning/rolling and finally two coats of approved colour of aluminum spray paint over to coat of aluminum red oxide both side of approved make complete for rolling shutter of size 4.00 x 4.00m. (Note :- All the old dismantled materials are returned to the contractor as credit) - 02 Qty 2. Taking down carefully the sliding gate from their existing location at shed No 2 & 3 (Furniture Yard) and Removing/Taking down the old damage sliding wheel, GI Sheet, M.S angle, base plate etc and replaced by new sliding wheel, GI Sheet, M.S angle base plate etc and necessary connected repair wk as reqd from lath machine and fixed properly the new items like sliding wheel, GI Sheet, M.S angle, base plate etc to their existing loc properly and application of Grease/Mobil for over oiling etc to the reqd position for smooth Functioning/Sliding and finally two coats of approved colour synthetic enamel spray paint over two coat of 3.80m x 3.80m. (Note :- All the old dismantled material are returned to the contractor as credit) - 02 Nos
